We are a locally owned & operated wellness studio offering group exercise classes in Barre, Restore, HIIT & Bounce with seasonal Yoga + private sessions & space rentals at both locations. What sets us apart? Our programming was created and designed by a physical therapist and a professional dancer/choreographer so you stay safe, efficient and motivated. Our mission is to help you prioritize your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing while fostering a positive relationship with exercise. The studio is wonderful! I was in town for the week visiting family, and they let me use the first week free option. I went to 4 classes and each instructor was so friendly and welcoming, and it was a great work out! Will definitely come here for barre classes any time I’m in Starkville!

I cannot say enough about this studio! Bell and Jonette put their hearts into planning everything for the members and deliver wonderful workouts. All of the instructors are great! They care so much about creating an atmosphere of encouragement, fun, and acceptance! I have gotten so much stronger, and have increased in my flexibility and balance, as well. I highly recommend!

A full body workout, a welcoming and encouraging environment, with results other people notice. I’ve been a member for three months and have never been happier to move my body. The Studio has made me feel strong, helped me find a community in a new town, and is a place you will want to keep coming back to. I’ve seen my body change so much in just a few weeks. I have more energy, my clothes are more comfortable, and I love that there are a variety of class types so you can get cardio and strength training.

Before coming to classes at the Studio, I've never been able to find a workout environment where I felt completely comfortable and supported. The owners and instructors here are so knowledgeable and kind, and want to make sure everyone feels their absolute best! I have never been able to keep up a workout schedule at all for my whole life, but I've been consistently coming here 4-6x a week for the last few months. I'd recommend the Studio to literally anyone!!

A great place to move! One year of being a member and I feel stronger and better in my body. Guided by Bell (PT) and Jonette (dancer) the studio does a wonderful job of focusing on getting stronger, recovering well, loving your body, having fun, and living well. This is an absolutely FANTASTIC studio. The community of women you’ll find here is both inspirational and accepting. I immediately felt right at home during my first week to this studio. It was great to see a representation of all walks of life, all body types, all different health goals. It’s also a great sign to see instructors taking other instructors’ classes. That’s when you know it’s good!

Megan particularly brought giggles to the class, which made time fly by! Her mix of fun jams, can-do attitude, infectious smile, and movements (and modifications) will keep you motivated.

I’d also recommend the Bounce classes! I had no idea I’d be able to do all of those moves, but Dr. Bell kept us going strong the entire time. She’s an incredibly sweet and informative doctor and instructor.

Definitely will be back!

I have really enjoyed my time as a member of The Studio! I love the Barre, HIIT and Bounce classes. They also have added a lot of class options which has been great for schedule. The scheduling app they have is also great to see classes, secure your spot and to see how big or small classes will be!

I absolutely love The Studio! I've been taking classes for over a year now, and I can tell a huge difference in both my physical and mental health. All of the instructors are great, and there's always a class time that works with my varying schedule. I'm currently pregnant with my first child, and Bell has helped me with all of the needed modifications to stay active throughout my pregnancy. I cannot recommend The Studio enough!

My experience has been amazing at The Studio. The instructors are very nice, knowledgeable, and upbeat during classes. Since joining I have felt more energized, and have worked muscles I don’t think I’ve every used. Currently working on my flexibility and toning, I believe these classes are doing the job.

I love working out here! All of the insturctors are super friendly and helpful whenever I have specific questions or concerns. Their music playlists are amazing and they are always switching up the routines to make sure we get a proper workout. Parking is always available and it is so easy to view the class schedule on the Mind Body app.

I have only done a few classes and I can already tell the difference. All of the instructors are really good about encouraging everyone during class. The unified in-class environment is extremely helpful for someone who is getting back into the swing of working out. So thankful I found this studio!
