I visit once or twice a week and they have a good selection of exercise equipment, the pool is nice and warm and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I went there with my paperwork to become a brand new member and the lady behind the counter was extremely polite friendly and courteous. The facility seems to be in excellent condition and I have no doubt I will enjoy my mornings there

Great place to work out! There's a variety of classes. The staff is excellent! They are knowledgeable and kind.
The building is starting to feel small during the busy times of the day. But there's always a machine open, and the members are kind too.
The swim instructors have taught both of my kids to swim. They didn't like water before taking swim lessons here. Now they jump in!
