People of all ages are coached through high intensity workouts, in classes about an hour long. The new location has a kids room available, so your child can hang out while you work out. All the workouts are demonstrated so that you know how to scale down to your weight level. Been going here for 7.5 months and I plan to keep coming back. Prices are very reasonable.
