I've used gyms coast to coast while in construction. The Health Club is a cool old building with everything you need to get a complete workout. The staff is nice and the gym is very clean. They do not offer water, which is one thing that has bothered me from gyms in the past. Having to lug water in and out of a gym is a pain, especially when you ride a bike like me.

Clean facilitys ,frendly staff ,a little older weight lifting equipment but works perfect .
Tons of brand new treadmills and elliptical type equipment environmentally controlled lots of extra fans and TVs
Well worth the esonablely priced membership fee
