Please reopen the gym. I know precautions are needed for safety. However, the gym is therapy, a place to build mental, and physical health. This covid-19 is destroying more than just causing people sickness and death. It is destroying livelihood which is way more severe. Please reopen soon. I miss having my therapy sessions...

I like the staff at youfit theyre very courteous and very helpful I think all seniors would enjoy joining youfit because it's good for the mind and body. just because you're in the sixties seventies and eighties that doesn't mean you can't keep up with the young folks. I'm 81 and I go everyday

Good gym for the price! If I had to complain about anything, it would just be that it is not open 24/7 like some of the other gyms in the area are and it does not have WiFi. Also, no nursery. The equipment is kept up pretty well. You do not want to ever cancel your membership though, they will bill you excessively on top of your membership fees for months after you cancel.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Good quality equipment, in a clean and safe environment. The music playlist keeps you motivated while workingout. The only downside is the hours of operations. It would be great if management changed the closing hours on Saturday and Sunday back to 8PM!

I’m so disappointed in youfit I became a member this past Monday to only learn this morning that the Shelby dr location has been closed down permanently! I’m so frustrated because I can’t seem to contact anyone about my concern they literally took my money and vanished😒 I don’t recommend anyone to do business with them it is so unprofessional on so many levels!

This is my gym, the staffs are super nice and helpful. One day. I became ill and the manager took charged to help me and he made sure I was okay. The gym is always clean and the gym equipment is first class .

I'm not sure how that if you're not under a contract they can charge an annual fee and you have to go in and cancel your membership in person. It sort of seems like a contract to me.

I use to go there all the time but now every time I go the trainer recruiter is always on me trying to get me to sign up. I do not come to the gym to always get pressured to buy a personal trainer. If I said no the first time then that is my final answer. Smh.
