20 Minutes to Fitness uses evidence-based strength-building methods that make it possible to achieve in one weekly 20-minute session what might require three or more hours a week in a traditional fitness center. You will train under the watchful eye of a personal fitness coach on high-end MedX equipment originally designed for use in physical therapy. Your coach might be a physical therapist, registered nurse, exercise physiologist, or certified fitness professional. Safe and effective, our workout can be fine-tuned for people of any fitness level β from sedentary teens, to elite athletes, to stay-at-home moms, to time-starved professionals, to 80-year-old grandmas to golfers and cyclists.

8 months of training and I've lost 34 pounds and added tons of strength! Primarily, I work with Casey on the weights and with Rob for Mobility & Movement. Despite a back injury 4 months after beginning 20minutestofitness, my strength has steadily increased and the injury has slowly healed. I feel so much better now than I did 8 months ago. Everyone is encouraging and motivating and I really appreciate the organization.

Absolutely love this place! You get a GREAT workout in 20 minutes! All of the trainers are extremely knowledgable and it doesn't feel like a gym, it's never awkward (like some gyms are), and it's worth the money. You'll see muscle gains quickly throughout the weeks and it's always nice to see your progress! Oh and Amy is wonderful! I've been working with her the most in the last year :)
