Great place. Lots of families visit Fort Leonard Wood to see loved ones. This place offers great short memberships. Very reasonable. EASY app to gain access ANY time of day. Clean, nice, easy.

I love the location, and the center has everything you would want to work out and stay fit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the club has become so crowded in the evening during the week that it's almost impossible anymore to keep a good workout rhythm. A lot of those who are there during the week spend so much time on their phones, videoing themselves, or looking in the mirrors it takes forever to get through a good workout. I work out of town, so I dont get back in town until the evening. So I have to work out after 5:30 pm during the week. The center gets so crowded that I have to reset my workouts to be able to get to a machine or bench or even get the right weights for a particular lift. The crowded center is not so much of a problem as the people who come in there and take so much time at a station, or with the weights, or videoing themselves, or looking at themselves in the mirror after every lift, or even worse, on their freaking phones holding a conversation. I am not trying to be a "Karen," but come on, work out, keep moving, and stop playing. Some of us are serious about our health and working out. Some of us only have limited time. Stop looking at yourself in the mirror after you have only been working out for a week.

Been traveling for work and needed a good gym to work out in while in town. 24-Seven Fitness is one the best gyms around! The amenity’s are great, it’s always very clean, and the equipment is top notch and in excellent shape. I wish 24-Seven was in the town I live in!

I really enjoy going there the atmosphere is really good they play good music they have a sauna they're upgrading their equipment and getting a bunch of new stuff and getting rid of older stuff.

Awesome gym. The staff is so chill, nice and very receptive to suggestions. Thank you so much for providing a place I can come and workout and have access to a real gym as a mom! I don’t know what I would do if I hadn’t found 24/7.

This is a new location so they are still developing their space but starting out I'm happy to be apart of this community.

They have bananas and nutrition bars at the walk in desk which is something I have never seen before but appreciate so much.

Best sauna around. 10/10

The music is unique, fast paced so if I forget my headphones I'm still gonna be jamming.

If you ever need anything it seems like Brittany is such a great person to count on. She really sets a positive culture and am happy to see her when I walk in because she is very supportive.

The only thing I could use from this gym is Selfie stands so that I can track my progress and form more efficiently. ❤️

I rated this gym when I was upset, and that wasn't fair to the company or people. The environment in this gym is one of my favorite things. It's like having a whole new family and a second home. I loved working here every bit of it. The staff and the new family you make here are definitely worth everything. The people are phenomenal and I hope to one day be a part of this community again.

Clean, nice amenities, ease of access, fair prices, good equipment.
We've been going here since the gym opened and love it. They've added quite a few things since the doors opened back in October. They have massage chairs, tanning, suana, showers, friendly staff, snacks, and quite a few exercise and lifting options. They are fast to get things fixed when they break. You'll see the staff in there cleaning and majority of the gym users have good gym etiquette and wipe off their equipment. It's fairly busy most days of the week, even during weekday work hours.

We enjoy going here and would recommend this gym to anyone looking to join one.
