All saints is full of incredible coaches and will make any beginner feel included. As a guy with no experience in martial arts Chad and the others have been super patient with me and have taken their time every day to help me and the other beginners out.

Dropped in for an intro class. Coach Chad was very prompt with answering questions before class thru text and he greeted me at the door when I arrived and made me feel welcome which is a nice touch when walking into a gym for the first time and don’t know anyone. I’ve never done any type of combat sports and the class I was in had around 15 to 20 people and it’s a very friendly atmosphere. Good workout and fun too. I will be back for more

I definitely recommend doing the free introduction course. Coach Chad does a great job teaching the fundamentals then leading into a class where, even for a beginner, you learn at your own pace with others of all levels. You are your biggest competitor and you decide the pace you go. Great atmosphere, high energy, greater work out to keep fit, have fun, and learn lots!

I had an amazing experience at All Saints Muay Thai! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating — they make everyone feel welcome, whether you’re brand new or have experience. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and full of great energy. Every class gives you a serious workout while teaching real technique and discipline. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit and learn authentic Muay Thai!

Went in for an intro class and enjoyed it so much I signed up right away. Awesome community, supportive teachers, and it is in now way pushy or intimidating. It was an amazing workout and the discipline really helps with body control, strength, and flexibility. There’s no hard sales pitch and the dues are totally reasonable and not something that locks you into a contract. Just sign up and go punch, kick, knee, and elbow stuff to your heart’s content. Really happy I found this place!

I was quite nervous to first go into a new Martha art, but as soon as I walked in, I knew this was where I wanted to be. It’s an extremely welcoming environment for all people, and I’ve made new friends and feel I’m a part of a community. I’ve been training for 3 months, and I’ve found my love for Muay Thai through this gym. Training isn’t easy, but you’re always available to take a step back and take a break. Muay Thai is a great way to build confidence and self esteem, and this gym has helped me better myself and learn. Would recommend to everyone, and this is a sign to sign up for your free intro class❤️.

To be honest, I didn't know what to expect after I heard that the gym I go to was closing down. I found All Saints Muay Thai Gym and thought to try it out. Walking into the gym was not what I expected, from the ring to the heavy weight punching bag and everyone doing drills. It wasn't long before other beginners, including myself waited for our free lesson to begin. Coach Luke was an amazing teacher! He taught us the basics for thirty minutes and then we teamed up and did pads, which were provided by the gym. I got comfortable and excited to try out the combos and sweat hard. Coach Luke was amazing with the demonstration along with making sure that we did everything correctly. A very comfortable atmosphere and everyone was friendly. I joined that same day and look forward forward to my next lesson. I woke up sore the next day from muscles that I apparently never worked out, but it was well worth it!

Chad is the owner and main coach. Luke ran the class I went to, and it was great. It was my first time there, so they gave me a 1on1 introduction to basic Muay Thai strikes before having me join the main class. Luke was a personable instructor that was positive, but you also knew he cared that you were doing things right. Decent range of skill levels.

Clear instruction, great knowledge, good atmosphere.

My friend, Allie (scroll down -- her review's here too 😁) made me go. I'd taken a few muay thai classes before and figured I knew what to expect when I signed up for our little Saturday afternoon adventure.

I show up to this intro class and we started off with shadow boxing in the mirror. Coach was fixing our stances, teaching and sharpening technique, etc. We moved onto the heavy bag to practice our hot off the fire technique. More coaching, fine-tuning, optimization. Crash course in holding pads, more practice. I definitely broke a sweat.

At what I thought was the END, I turned to Allie and was in the middle of saying how great this craft is and the way Coach Luke taught technique was sharp....when he hollered at the class, with now more incoming students, to warm up! Like bro, I'm warm. So I continue our venture with God knows how many jumping jacks, squats, and push ups, followed by more warm up shadow boxing, and I think more jumping jacks, squats, push ups? I lost track that first day. Moved on to several rounds of combos. Allie and I partnered, obvi. Basic 1 2s, learned how to throw elbows, added some kicks, re-learned how to throw hooks, learned some crazy combos, learned something with a spinning elbow? She only punched me in the face once ... and only because I didn't give enough counter pressure to her powerful 2 after adjustments from coach.

By the REAL end, it looked like we had jumped into a pool. Sweat was pouring over my eyes. I was breathless. My hands were shaking. My legs were wobbly. That first class was every athlete's dream....effort and sacrifice, going from self-doubt to self-belief and gaining confidence, pride and satisfaction, potential for future growth and new goals, and equal parts suffering and euphoria. Muay thai is a devastatingly brutal and tremendously beautiful martial art. I have so much respect for it. All Saints is doing it justice.

The veteran students are so welcoming and patient with newbies like me. Coaches have an elite approach to teaching.

Obsessed, addicted, inviting everyone to check it out, 10/10 would let Allie punch me again.

Joining All Saints Muay Thai has been one of the most empowering decisions I’ve made in quite some time.
As someone with no prior experience in Muay Thai, I walked in with excitement, curiosity, and a fair share of uncertainty. But from day one, the owner and the entire coaching team welcomed me with open arms, meeting me exactly where I was and guiding me forward with skill, patience, and genuine care.
This is not just a gym—it’s a community built on respect, discipline, and personal growth. The coaches bring a level of passion and professionalism that you feel in every session. Whether you're a complete beginner like me or a seasoned fighter, they’re invested in your journey. They honor each member’s individual goals, push you to grow, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
I’m excited not only to keep developing in the martial art itself but also to embrace Muay Thai as a lifestyle and discipline. Learning under such dedicated and inspiring leaders has already started to shape my mindset, confidence, and physical strength.
Thank you, All Saints, for welcoming me into your space and into your community. I’m honored to train here and grow alongside this powerful, purpose-driven team.

I attended a Muay Thai class yesterday afternoon in St. Peter’s, and it was an amazing experience. The instructor and fellow members are all incredibly supportive. I had a great time and plan on signing up for more classes. It was definitely a tough workout, and my body is sore, but in a good way! I moved muscles I haven’t used in a while. Over many years of fitness I've tried almost every type of exercise and Muay Thai is a sport that really captured my interest and kept me coming back for more. It has just about everything you could ask for- cardio, strength, balance, mental acuity, social dynamics and more!!!! I started with absolutely ZERO experience or knowledge of combat sports at all and randomly found it through a friend who asked me to come with her to try it out... it was hilarious how terrible I was at first but, trust me, you are in good hands here. I've been to both locations (Maryville and All Saints) and the coaches are all phenomenal! The regulars here are friendly and everyone creates a very light-hearted, fun atmosphere but don't let them fool you---- they are also fierce and ferocious fighters who can brawl like real-life warriors. If you come here AND stick with it then you will learn some badass skills!!! When I relocated I had gone to a couple other places and they were also great in their own way but this place truly stood out to me as different in a welcoming way and it was everything I had ever looked for in a gym so, in my opinion, it's worth every precious penny in my budget! A lot of people who come here probably have a goal to train to compete but if I ever need to beat the crap out of an asshole I'm telling you right now that my goal will be to make my gym proud, lol!!! 💪😁

Signed up, got a free pair of gloves. And Chad, the owner. He’s cool. No gymtimidation with him

This all from a female too, since I know we sometimes are a little wary about these things

Chad and the other members were really supportive. This was my first Muay Thai class in about 20 years. The drills were engaging, yet simple enough that I could handle it. When Chad saw that I needed something more advanced, he stepped in and fed mitts for me. I appreciate the opportunity to work with such a top notch coach.

I recently had my first intro class at All Saints and honestly I was very intimidated to start a martial arts class, especially Muay Thai. As soon as I came in, Coach Chad was very welcoming and was the first to break the ice. He was very patient with me given I’m new to this and encouraged me the whole time even when I was being hard on myself. My pad partner was even patient and kind with me! Even though I’m still intimidated, this gym appears to be a non judgmental & supportive environment. Would recommend to anyone who’s been overthinking about starting Muy Thai like I was!

I attended my first class today and left very happy. Coach Chad was helpful and made the environment welcoming to someone like me with no experience whatsoever. I have always floated around the idea of trying a martial art but never did because I wasn’t sure how a gym would be with a newcomer to the group. I felt welcomed and not judged by my lack of experience at All Saints. Give it a shot you won’t regret it!

I have trained in other martial arts and wanted to go in a different direction from what I had been doing, saw the ad with the free intro classes and thought I would give it a try. I was impressed as soon as I walked in the door, a nice clean facility. Coach Chad is a pleasant guy and teaches basic concepts in the intro. No pressure and makes it easy if you want to join. I am not a spring chicken and Coach Chad takes that into consideration with my training. Been there five months now and look forward to class. I recommend 100%

I attended one of the free sessions a few months ago and was pretty nervous about going into a gym (as I don't usually do that lol). Everyone was friendly and polite and the coach was very accommodating to me and the other girl who was just starting as well.

The more experienced fighters are so kind and take their time to explain things as well during the classes. Awesome experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new, get in shape, or just learn to fight!

I recently attended my first free trial class and I immediately bought a membership. I have been looking for a Martial Arts gym since moving to the area in Dec of 2022 and it’s been very challenging. The coach and owner Chad here at All Saints Muay Thai lives what he teaches and embraces the culture in which Muay Thai was born in. You will get one hell of a workout and learn a tremendous amount in a short amount of time. Chad is approachable, understanding, and very knowledgeable. If you want a gym to train at and don’t have intentions of sparring- this gym respects those wishes and you will receive the level of training you desire . If you wish to train to step in the ring and fight- All Saints can and will get you there. Many fighters even travel abroad to Thailand to compete as well. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

Great gym! I’ve had over 20 years of experience in martial arts training in the St.Louis/St.Charles/St.Peters area. Kru Chad and all the coaches at All Saints Muay Thai are second to none. I attended a seminar there with Lerdsilla(one of the G.O.A.Ts of the sport) he said All Saints Muay Thai “Not much different than training in Thailand. Chad immersed himself in Thai culture and has been to Thailand many times. Not much different here in the states now” It’s great to have a gym in the area that has been approved by Muay Thai greats. Check it out.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this incredible gym. From the moment I walked through the doors I was welcomed into an environment that felt like a second home. Coach Chad's extensive knowledge of authentic Muay Thai is truly impressive, and his dedication to cultivating a positive energy is unmatched. Not only has this gym changed my life, but it has also helped me transformed my physical fitness, confidence, and mental health. The coach’s encouragement, along with the amazing people who show up to work with you every day, as well as the welcoming and safe environment he has created is nothing short of therapeutic and I often refer to it as "pad therapy" because every session leaves me feeling rejuvenated and empowered. One of the things I love most about this gym is that it caters to individuals of all skill levels, making it a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, coach Chad goes above and beyond to ensure your getting everything you need from the experience I can’t recommend this gym enough

I’ve been going to this gym for two months now. I’ve never have done Muay Thai before and I’m happy that I found this gym. I wanted to get into Jui jitsu, but somehow stumbled upon this instead. I’ve enjoyed every minute and every day going and don’t regret my decision coming here. Chad (the owner) fought pro, and is the best instructor you can ask for.

The workouts are great. It’s a fun way to get in shape and this gym trains actual technique to help develop your skills to spar if your hearts desire and you will have opportunities to do so.

Lastly, The atmosphere is very friendly. Everyone there wants to help you grow and develop.

5/5. Would encourage everyone and anyone who wants to train here to do so.

This is single-handedly the BEST Muay Thai gym in the Saint Louis area. If you’re looking to learn authentic real Thai-style fighting techniques while getting a killer workout, this is the place for you.

Chad is incredible! He is super knowledgeable, passionate, and a great teacher. He really pays attention to the details, and technique. He also does a really good job of explaining why a technique is effective or not through demonstration, so you know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Chad is also super chill and accommodative if you have any concerns.

Overall, the workouts are challenging but in the good kind of way, the gym is neat and clean, the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the community of people training here is great and have good vibes, the atmosphere is high energy, and the management is absolutely wonderful!

I VERY HIGHLY recommend this gym and would in fact insist you check it out!!! :)

I absolutely love this gym. It’s female friendly and after starting only a month ago it feels like home. It feels great to know that I’m getting training from someone who is an actual Muay Thai professional athlete who trained in Thailand. I’ve gotten so much better in a short amount of time and I know that I’ll continue. Even if you aren’t looking to fight professionally it’s a great workout and the best way to learn effective self defense. Come and join the All Saints team!

First off i have to say the owner chad muller is amazing. He cares about other people and has a real passion for growing the sport. I have trained out-of a few big name gyms and iv never felt the since of family I feel when I walk through these gym doors. One day the gym I was apart of closed abruptly and I was lost honestly thought about quitting. Then I got a random message from Chad inviting me to his gym open arms and what a blessing it was. He's changed the way I look at training and fighting. I'm forever grateful for this gyms atmosphere and the people in it I call family. If you have ever thought about trying out this sport at any level this is the place! Come check us out! I promise it changes your life for the better. It saved mine in alot of ways!
