My boyfriend and I love going to Anytime Fitness! The variety of options for cardio and strength training are great. The treadmills have been our go-to machines for most visits, and the options to watch TV or play a game while exercising make the time fly by. We especially appreciate the 24/7 access and the ability to log in at any location to work out, if we decide to travel.

They the place hiding in a corner of a shopping center to where you have to go to google to find it because there is no advertisement. Needs newer equipment. It’s been weeks now since the manager has been fired and upper management hasn’t done anything to take responsibility and things are worse now. Corporate needs to start looking at upper management asap.

Equipment was nice and seemed well taken care of but the bathroom and shower area looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned in months if ever. Definitely want to make sure you have ur shower shoes in this one.

Very clean and the equipment is easy to use I love this place it's my happy place this is where I come to release all my build up stress. The current manager Jennifer Cain is super nice always has a beautiful smile on her face she brightens my day when I'm having a bad day!!!!!

Unfortunately, management does not care about you as a person. They care about your bank account. Details may be hidden from you about payment and membership. They may also try to charge your account after they no longer should. They will take $70 worth of “maintenance fees” twice a year, however you will see no changes to the gym or equipment. Proceed with caution.

Management is terrible since the new lady was hired on. The place is filthy. Any and all inappropriate behavior is tolerated. Including, but not limited to members scanning in their friends who do not pay for memberships, and get to workout for free. Nothing is done to enforce any rules. This is not a comfortable place to workout. Much better options in Hannibal.

Super excited about all the new stuff that has been added to the gym. Makes for a more versatile workout. MyZone is a fun way to compete against others in the gym. The management at anytime is great! Everyone is super friendly and always updating me on new things coming whether it is a personal trainer coming, new equipment, or just any news in general. Highly recommend for any beginners! The place is all around GREAT !!

I wish I could give Anytime Fitness ZERO stars! I think the actual owners of the Hannibal Anytime Fitness have no idea how the place is being ran. The old lady that works here is almost non existent. Took me almost a whole week to actually catch her during normal business hours. When the 1 person working out there let me inside the guest door, I found her in the back doing squats. She wouldn’t let me talk to her until she was done with her sets. I wasn’t even sure she worked there because she wears no uniform or any identifying items that shows she works there. I asked her if I could buy a guest pass and she told me no and that I need to leave. I asked why and she said buy a membership or get out. Even the flyer in the front says they do guest passes. I think this employee that works there cares more about her own workouts and having the gym to herself. Good luck even catching her there during normal hours. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Just read all the other reviews on here and save your money.

In my line of work a travel a lot, im an electrical lineman! I came to the gym looking to workout there for one day or even a week. The lady could not come up with anything that would work out! As I asked her questions the whole time she seemed uninterested in my business and wanted nothing to do with me! She is by far the rudest gym manger I have been around!

As she walked away from me I said "now I see why your gym gets bad reviews" as I walked out the door she says and "I see you need to go to school"

Not the best anytime fitness I've been to but it's also not the worst. Pros they have all the weight equipment you'll need from free weights to machines ranging from novice to hardcore. They also have a fair amount of cardio machines not the newest but they still get the job done. Now for the cons the head manager the woman who's name I can't remember but she's been there forever as she describes it can be a handful and sarcastic this doesn't intimidate me at all but I can see her demeanor rubbing some the wrong way. Also the place is kinda dingy and not very well kept and to me that's a no no in a gym restrooms should be spotless you can tell when they're never throughly cleaned even if that deep cleaning was once a day they would look allot better.

The lady was very rude and acted like she didn't want us there. We arranged for a 7 day free trial. On the phone she notified us to bring 20 dollars and she would give us a key for the week. When we arrived she was very rude and told us that they were out of keys. However, more than 5 people came in after us and she gave them keys. We used the 7 day trial, but will not be going back.

Yesterday, I arranged for a free 7 day pass at this Anytime Fitness. When I arrive, I presented my coupon to the girl at the gym and she said that it's for local residents only - fair enough. I ask how much a weekly pass costs and she whips out the calculator and types in some numbers to come up with a total of $70! SEVENTY DOLLARS. FOR A WEEK?! She needed a calculator to figure that out? ($10x7).I smiled and walked out when she proceeded to tell me there is only 1 other gym in town and they are the same price...ridiculous.

I did some mild research and found another gym (Advance Fitness) for $20 for 2 WEEKS or $5/day if I choose. I am ashamed to say I actually drive 30 miles per day to goto this gym in Quincy IL rather than goto the Anytime Fitness less than a mile away...pitiful. And Advance Fitness has better/more equipment. Granted, they are not 24 hour fitness but the extra $50 over this gym does not substantiate the value of 24 hour access.

This is a prime example of why I will NEVER join an Anytime Fitness. I travel all over the country and would find a membership useful but because of these "franchised" gyms occupied by morons with no sales/people skills that come up with there own rules and policies, I refuse to join...regardless of how convenient it would be to me. It's sad because the gyms, while inadequate, are convenient, small and usually friendly. I think Anytime Fitness needs to re-evaluate there QA process and maybe weed out some of these bad apples or they will find more corporate clients abandoning the prospect.
