No A/C, no management, no staff, owner lied to my face and did not cancel my membership. Rarely stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Nearly impossible to contact any employee or owner and very difficult to cancel membership. Face-to-face did not even work. Shame on this facility and the owner Shawn Gaffney.

Decent looking equipment butthere no staff during regular hours. The tvs werent on, there was no cleaning supplies for the machines and weights laying everywhere. Probably not coming back to this location.

I have been a member of this gym for many years. Over the last few months the quality and cleanliness of this facility has gone down hill. The air conditioning has been out for the entire summer. The shower rooms are a mess, trash on the floor, foul odor, paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers have been ripped off the walls and never re-hung. On my last 5 visits there were no towels or cleaning agents to wipe down the equipment after use, which can spread disease and is all around unsanitary. I have not seen anyone working there in quite some time.
I really enjoy this franchise because there are locations everywhere I travel. I am not sure how the franchise works, but I truly hope that the monthly payments I make do not support this gym alone. I definitely do not feel that I am getting my dollars worth out of this particular facility.

I have called there multiple times and never received a callback. Looks like a decent place, but it is small. I live across the street essentially and it would be convenient to be a member here, but they must not want my business. The place is unstaffed, and I hardly ever see any cars there or business. I get the impression that this is someone's side business and they just don't have the desire or bandwidth or time to deal with it. But it seems almost impossible to sign up as a customer.
