What can I say about this gym. It’s got fantastic equipment and good space. The best part is the manger and trainers. They make the gym feel like a second home and that you are part of a family. I can not recommend this Anytime enough. The best in the metro!

I've had a wonderful experience not only at the gym but with the owner, Gina! I had to scramble to find a new gym when mine unexpectedly closed, and she was so welcoming and accommodating! She even offered special pricing in case I wanted to shop around for other gyms in the meantime. I found Anytime in Parkville to be exactly what I was looking for - clean, plenty of equipment, and personable staff. Highly recommend!

Easily, this is the BEST gym I’ve been to within Parkville/KC. Reasonably priced, with a great workout environment. The manager, Gina is so friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. My two sons work out with us during the summer months and Gina will pause their memberships until the following summer. Been working out Parkville Anytime for around half a year now. It’s a great environment, very well spaced out with more than enough equipment. The gym owner is incredibly easy going and has helped with any issues we’ve had. Overall a clean, spacious, well organized workout environment.

I love going to this gym! It has been very easy to manage my membership here. At previous gyms, I would randomly get charged and wouldn’t be told why. Here at AF, that doesn’t happen. Gina is super great and easy to work with!

There is also a lot of great gym equipment to work with. It’s very spacious and I hardly ever feel overcrowded. The people who attend the gym are very nice and respectful of each other. It’s also very clean and updated which is nice. Highly recommend this gym!

I've been a member of this gym for over three years now. The facility is always clean. The equipment was new when the gym opened, and has been well maintained. They have continued to add equipment to enhance their members' experience. Gina, the manager, is always friendly and helpful. It's not uncommon to see her on the floor chatting with members, and making sure the gym looks its best.

Cancelled membership due to relocating back in October of 2024 November I received a notification that anytime was trying to collect a payment. I called and spoke with the owner and she assured that the account would be cancelled here it is 6 months later and they are calling trying to collect over 800.00 for a service I cancelled 6 mths ago I live in Wynne AR and there is no closest one is over 100miles away. This issue will be pursued by my attorney.

My husband had a similar experience to other reviewers. He tried to cancel his membership for months and whenever he would try to cancel in the gym, no one was there. When he would call corporate to ask for help, they would say to go in to the gym and ask for assistance - a never ending cycle. Once he was finally able to track down the manager, Gina, she tried to make every excuse as to why he shouldn’t be able to cancel his membership. We had moved and were over 20 miles from the nearest Anytime Fitness location. Finally, in December 2022, Gina “allowed” him to cancel his membership. I wish that were the end of the story but come summer 2023, we were still getting charged monthly for his membership. We called Gina multiple times, where she finally admitted that the original paperwork to cancel the membership needed to be signed and she sent it to the incorrect email, which meant my husband never got it and she never actually canceled his membership. At this point, she finally sent us the paperwork and canceled the membership but refused to reimburse us for the hundreds of dollars that we were charged because of her mistake last year. This was obviously upsetting and we asked who we could contact above her to get this resolved. She gave a generic email stating that the owners “were a company so no one will care”. We sent an email to the email address she gave us and never got a response. So, maybe she was right that no one cares how horrible their customer service is or that they stole hundreds of dollars from us. All I can say is that there are so many gyms in the area, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Genesis is much nicer, about the same cost and their customer service is much better.

For a small gym it work quite well. My only complaint is there are 5 teenagers who park themselves on multiple machines making everyone else’s work around them and wait until all 5 of them complete their circuit before anyone can use the limited machines.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for multiple months now and whenever I go in to "fill out cancelation paperwork" nobody is here - (0800-1300 during the week) losing hundreds of dollars over something so simple. Anytime I call Anytime Fitness or their corporate office I get told it comes down to whoever owns that specific gym and that I would need to go in when someone is there.

I joined this gym in September. The manager, Gina, is awesome and is extremely courteous and friendly. Love the flexibility of a 24x7 gym. Facility is clean and everyone takes care of the equipment. The reciprocity program is great but this is BY FAR the nicest Anytime location I’ve used since having that program. My expectations are usually lower for other facilities when compared to this one. It’s that good. Now, stay away, we don’t want this place to get crowded ;-)
