The best gym I’ve been a member of! Very clean, inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and members, variety of equipment, on-Demond classes in a fitness studio, and group training! I also love that it’s 24/7 so I can get a workout in at times that work for my schedule. It’s also a bonus to me that it is locally owned and operated. I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else!

Good equipment and very clean. The owner is professional and extremely responsive. I began coming here when other gyms were closed in St. Louis County. I am still driving 30 minutes (one way) due to the cleanliness of the facility and the helpful, friendly staff.

Terrible place to go for a gym. I was going to sign up and was never able to get ahold of anyone a few months ago, called several times, finally gave up. looked at the equipment through the window, and it looked gross, and not very clean.. of coarse about a month later they called me back trying to get me to sign up, I let them know I already went somewhere else, and they hung up on me.. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I only go at night to avoid the rush but I enjoy the fact there's a/c, fans, and personal security devices for safety. If they had towels in the bathroom it would be even better, but I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
