This gym is really good, I started out buying day passes for about a week and was really impressed, so I recently got a membership here it helped my bench press go up 60 pounds in 1.5 months with the good variety of machines. And the workers and people are especially very nice.

Best gym I’ve ever had a membership at. Environment is immediately inviting! Sauna has Bluetooth and they are always getting new gadgets to try! Recommending to absolutely everyone!

If you’re looking for a 24 hr gym with a great atmosphere , all the equipment you need plus more this is the place . Lots of space to workout out and even has a spot to do cross fit stuff. The sauna with the red light therapy. Prices are really cheap too!

Best gym around this area. Loved it from my first workout. Large variety of equipment. Great for beginners or advanced lifters. Awesome environment. The best part is its very affordable for individuals or family and beats most other gyms in the area for what they have to offer!

My favorite gym in the Smithville/ Kc north area. Affordable for the family, and has all the equipment to get a good pump as well as speciality bars for the advanced Lifter. Get you a day pass and check it out.
