I was referred to the Athlete Factory from a relative. I’m so thankful that I decided to give them a “try.” My overall experience has been nothing short of wonderful, pleasant and time well spent. The trainers are TOUGH but their also patient, understanding and reasonable. Always, placing our safety and wellbeing above all exercises and activity. They listen, format sensible workout programs and they closely coach, monitor and cheer you on. I’m excited about my future results and the state of my overall health. Since I started back working out, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, endurance and cadence. I feel like a “new” person and I actually look forward to working now. I have been telling everyone that I come in contact with about the Athlete Factory!
You too should give them a "try" I promise you won't be disappointed.

I’ve enjoyed and appreciate every minute of my experience. This is my first time with a personal trainer and this was exactly where i needed to be. Very motivating, and knowledgeable given my current health issues. The results are there!!!!

I really appreciate the patience and push the trainers provide. No matter your size or your weight goals they work with you to get you to where you want to be. I actually look forward to working out now. It’s always a good time at the Athlete’s Factory and I love that.

I love this place, has turned me into a gym junkie. The trainers are really motivating & put effort into each & every client needs. You won’t be discouraged choosing the Athlete Factory. You only get One Body!
