This place is amazing. Itβs close to my home and the sessions are 30 min , so itβs very convenient to fit into my busy schedule. updated 2/14/25- 2.5 years in and still loving FBBC. All coaches are knowledgeable and the fellow members are friendly. I am finally in a solid routine of working out 4-5 days each week.
From someone who has never had any type of gym membership, do yourself a favor and see what's it all about! I'd never worked out consistently until joining FBBC and am so glad I crawled out of my comfort zone. The trainers are friendly, fabulous, and fit! They're eager to help you learn proper form. I love the flexibility of attending an AM, lunchtime, or PM session that can be coordinated with my schedule. While I have no comparison, this place is superb. I hope they stick around forever to keep us in good health.

I joined Ballwin Fit Body Bootcamp in September, and it was one of the best decisions I have made! I have always been intimidated by gyms and workout classes, and I rarely lifted weights. But stepping out of my comfort zone has truly paid off. I love how every class is different, keeping things new and exciting. I've been loving this gym! I struggled to find a way to maintain fitness after chronic issues with runner's knee and this has been amazing for me. The workouts are challenging, emphasizing strength and metabolic health. Instructors have been AMAZING! They keep the sessions fun and are super helpful-they are always spotting form and they've helped me modify exercises to accommodate for my knee. They also give great recommendations on scaling exercises to make them harder or easier in a safe way. It's a great community also-there are people of all ages and fitness levels. There's definitely a welcoming vibe here

Ballwin Fit Body Boot Camp has absolutely changed my life. I was trying to get healthy on my own but found myself lacking the proper tools to really push the workouts to maximize results in a sustainable fashion. I signed up for a consultation and Mike was extraordinarily helpful, understanding, and most of all, encouraging. I had so many questions and he never got frustrated. After going over different price options, we found the best one for me and I went to my first class. The schedule for classes is also really flexible so it works nicely with my own schedule. The gym is also really clean and well-maintained which makes me feel a lot better about plopping down from exhaustion π€£ I was really nervous since I'd never done anything like joining a boot camp or fitness class. When I got there, Coaches Sarah & Finlay explained perfectly how each class would function and what to expect from the 30 minutes. I was SORE but excited to go back - which has never happened before π€£ The next day, I was ready to go and found that the encouragement (and humor, this time with Coach Tim) was just how they actually are there. The coaches really care about your success to be strong in every way. Sarah always repeats my mantra with me, "Just one more, just one more". They take time to make sure you're getting the most out of each workout. I'm a Googler and a question asker and they're so helpful and patient with everything I ask. They are so positive and encouraging, which is the kind of environment I thrive in. I recently accomplished an exercise I didn't think I could do and Coach Finlay actually shared in my excitement. THIS is what fitness is about! They guide nutrition as well as exercise to make sure your insides are ruining at top speed. I look forward to waking up and going to the classes. If you're thinking about signing up, just try it. It's worth every second of effort you put into it.

I have never felt accepted in regular gym environments. I always felt out of place, scared, and confused. FBBC is not your regular gym there's a reason why we clap out at the end of our workouts and yell family. Because we are a family. Everyone looks out for on another and we cheer on everyone's victories. Can't do a particular exercise? Don't worry about it the coaches are there to show you alternatives. I just received my 75 work out decal yesterday and to be honest... Iβm surprised that it happened so quickly! Our coaches, Sarah, Finlay, and Tim, make the sessions challenging- but not SO challenging that we can't do it! (And this all in just 30 minutes with very little down time!!) I have to laugh when Finlay or Tim say "Remember how you got here!" Well... for me... it's "My wife drove me here!" (She's great at this sort of stuff!!! Me? Not so much!) But thanks to the entire FBBC staff (That's including YOU, Michael! And Patrick, Paige, Nick, Brian, et al!) I'd be coming and working out even IF my wife were not to come! Give them a try! I hate working out, but just eating well wasn't cutting it anymore. So I tried out Ballwin Fit Body Boot Camp and I am a convert. The workouts are the hardest I have ever done in my life but they are only 30 minutes and each exercise in only a couple minutes long! I can do anything for 30 minutes and to me that has been the game changer. The trainers are so encouraging and it is like having a personal trainer without the pricetag. I also love the environment and comradery of the other clients in the trenches with you. I highly suggest giving it a shot!

A great, clean place to get your workout in. The classes are designed so you can really feel the after-burn in the :30 minutes you are there. Coaches are very professional and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is very positive and reassuring. They always have modifications for the beginners and those with injuries. Besides caring for their members, they also have charity events designed to help children and local businesses in need. I highly recommend Ballwin FBBC for those that have no time for a workout; this is definitely the place to come and get in shape, without spending hundreds on a membership. And bonus: no creepy gym guys looking you up and down while you squat!

From the first day it has been nothing but a welcoming environment by both the coaches and members. I like that there are all ages, sizes and levels of athleticism. The coaches provide modifications and walk around cheering you on and making sure you are doing the exercises properly. Best of all- 30 minutes! Yes, thatβs all you need to commit and see results. Something must be good if it gets me out of bed at 5:45 am to hit a class before work five days a week! Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to exercise in a fun, challenging and efficient manner this is the place. Iβve been a member since December 2020 and it has given me more benefits than I can count. I have struggled with working out my entire adult life but this place has made it a very enjoyable experience. I was devastated when my original boot camp location decided not to reopen. In the two plus years I attended it became the bright spot of my day.
When I learned that another boot camp was opening close by, I was intrigued and went to their orientation. At first, I was skeptical. They explained that the classes were 1/2 hour with a variety of exercises. Well, I was used to spending close to an hour working out so I just knew this was not going to cut it, but signed up anyway.
Boy was I wrong! Ballwin Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) kicks my a--! every.single.day To say that I love it there would be an understatement. I joined as part of the original group.
They started us slowly, knowing that everyone was coming from a different fitness level, which was perfect for beginners and people with some knowledge of fitness. There are modifications for the exercises, so as new people join, they can ease into the routine; of course the workouts are anything but routine.
There are several classes each day; morning and late afternoon, so no getting up at the crack of dawn if you don't want to.
The coaches are fabulous. There were just a couple when they first opened and they have hired several more individuals all of whom are dedicated to your fitness.
I started with Coach Abby (who rocks, and doesn't let me slack off); she is the embodiment of fitness. Abby doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk...and the does the pullups, and the burpees, and every other chanllenge that comes her way. She just passed the National Academy of Sport Medicine exam, and has encouraged me every step on my journey to a better, stronger me.
If you are looking to get out of your fitness rut or are ready for a new you, Ballwin FBBC is just the ticket you need!

I just finished my 7th week going here and I absolutely love it. Usually I am the type of person that starts strong then tapers off but that didn't happen here. There is a great atmosphere here that keeps me coming back day after day. The trainers and owners are friendly, helpful and really encouraging. In the past, I have hated working out. It's still not my favorite past time - but this is the first workout program that I have been able to stick with for more than 6 weeks in a row! I joined to gain back my motivation during Covid since my gym closed down. My cousin lives in Ballwin and had mentioned she was going to do a 6 week challenge so I signed up with her. We just wrapped up our challenge last week. The coaches were so amazing. They kicked my butt and pushed me hard. I've done a lot of bootcamps in Ballwin (Burn, D1), all good workouts...but, something about Fit Body's 30min nonstop, intense workouts, gives me the best workouts I've ever had! Plus, they check in on you weekly, help with nutrition, send workouts for at home on youtube, give great modifications when you are hurting (my back). They are always pushing me, which I love. All the coaches are great, and I mean, Irish Mike has the best dad jokes! The music is always awesome, and helps get me through my workouts!
