Our 4 year old has been loving gymnastics! We have tried her out in a few different things, but they have all resulted in tears mostly. All the teachers at Barron eased her in to her first few classes and I was so happy to finally see her enjoying something! She has specifically become a huge fan of Ms. Izzy who did a fantastic job of being patient with her and getting her excited about gymnastics. We recently moved to the outer area of St Louis and quickly wanted to put our daughter (4) in gymnastics. We found Barron and it came up highly rated on our Google search and highly recommended with some work colleagues, as well. The day she started, my son walked in and immediately wanted to sign up. They were quick to get us started, the children love it, they are very organized, and the app is amazing. The front desk staff is so accommodating and always very helpful. They were very accommodating and worked with me to get our kids on the same schedule where classes allowed. The waitlists are such a neat tool. The automatic payments make paying such a breeze, as well. As a busy, full-time working mom and dad of two, my husband and I appreciate the ease of paying and moving around in the app to answer our questions. The coaches have all been very welcoming and our kids are just thriving. They seem very invested in the child’s skills, but also in safety and overall experience. I’ve seen such improvement with my son’s balance and overall body awareness in just 3 months. He is 6 and just loves the Ninja gymnastics. We’ve been coming to Barron for over 2 years. We love this program because it gives our daughter very tangible goals to work towards if she wants to continue to move up in her classes. We track her progress on their posters, and have her ribbons and trophies displayed in her room. It makes her so proud! That being said, the thing that really sets Barron apart is their customer service and their teachers….also that there is “space” for competitive and non-competitive students. My oldest daughter has been into gymnastics since she was 4 at another gym until last year (at 10) when she wasn't being pushed to excel. So we tried Barron and it's been amazing. She joined the competitive team and they have pushed her to learn more and try harder and it's paid dividends.

Our child has excelled in her skills, the communication with staff and coaches is great, the app is very user-friendly for all your needs as well — everything from waitlists, to class availability, to camps, to skill/progress reports, and descriptions of levels. The facility has two spacious viewing areas, as well as a bell to ring when you’ve “leveled up” with gift shop for times when your gymnast has “earned” something special!

We've been at Barron for over a year and we love it. The teachers are amazing, and we particularly love Miss Jazmine. She takes her time with my daughter and doesn't see her silliness as "bad," but as part of her amazing personality. Barron has shown her how to push herself while having fun.

Went here years ago and it was a waste of time and money. Staff was rude and not patient with the littles. I would've expected more coming from a "high quality" place. Hopefully they have improved over the years, but I will definitely not be taking my kids back.Very disappointed

I’ve shared with several families that Barron Gymnastics is our best experience with our littles getting introduced to an organized activity. All three of our kids started here when they started walking and love learning new skills in each level. And even in the parent and tot class kids are exposed to more gymnastic skills than other junior programs we have seen in other gyms. This is also one of the few activities that accommodates multiple kids. Any busy family knows getting two practices within the same hour is a GAME CHANGER! Barron is family owned and the owners are involved in teaching classes on top of being an owner. Our family loves Barron!

We love Barron gymnastics! We started around 18months and the coaches were so patient and helpful. Our daughter gets so excited when we pull up! She’s learned how to summersault, climb, walk on the balance beam, and swing from the bars. Additionally she’s become more verbal, learned her colors, and more independent. We have had a wonderful experience at Barron's. I out my daughter on the wait list and withing two weeks We were in a class. Every person, the teachers, the office staff, have been wonderful! We have went to other gyms prior and nothing compared. The elementary program that is set up is great for the kids, builds confidence, helps them with having goals and marking off skills as they obtain them. They have a very kid-centered program that is nicely organized. We drove past two other gyms to come to this one and it’s well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gym.

My son and my daughter both go here for classes and my daughter BEGGED me to sign her up for an additional class. This is an amazing facility and even when I went to the front reception the woman working said “wow I see you guys here all the time you must be a professional!” My daughter has a hard time making friends so the smile on her face when she told her that was worth every single penny. We love barron!

My daughter did gymnastics at another gym and never really learned anything. I Love the ribbons and stars program that ensures she practices and learns new skills at Barron. We came to Barron from another school that was great but didn’t have as much to offer. Barron is well worth it! My son loves coming to ninja class and is learning so much. I see him doing such cool things and can tell his confidence goes up when he masters a skill. We've been coming here a year now and my daughter has loved it since day 1. We've had multiple teachers since she's advanced classes a couple times and each time has a new instructor. All instructors have been great and Miss Malinda has been her favorite.

Parents/family can stay and watch upstairs on the bleachers.

Each class has multiple times most nights of the week but schedule before you want to join if you have limited availability because there's likely a wait list.

Overall we love it and my daughter who had zero experience prior has improved alot and gained alot of confidence.

The only negative I can think of is the wait lists if you need to change a night, but I guess that is a good thing because so many people love it here and stay.

My grandson Dylan is a wonderful kid, he is not a "Sports Kid", but wanted to try gymnastics. My husband and I stopped by Barron one day and spoke with Tyler. Dylan was in Ninja classes about a week later. That was in April. Dylan confidence level has skyrocketed since starting classes. He struggles,but he never gives up and Mr. Tyler is so patient and encouraging. We were blessed to find a place that is so welcoming. Tyler has a plan for each week and spends one on one time with each student. I am so thrilled we found Barron and plan to be there for several years! If you are thinking about placing your kiddo in gymnastics, Barron is for sure the place to go!

My daughter has been a student at Barron Gymnastics for 5 years! She has enjoyed each class/instructor that has taught her through the years. My son had been doing gymnastics at the rec center and loved the sport but felt out of place being the only boy. Barron offers multiple all boy classes and he absolutely loves the Ninja program! He feels comfortable and excited to learn with other boys his age and admired the male instructors! It is nice to have a place he fits in doing what he loves and I love that he has positive role models to look up to! The price is a little high but we make it work because it is worth it! I wish I could watch my often but I understand that Covid restrictions are in place and respect that Barron takes all precautions to keep my family safe.
