Rented for my kids party since July birthdays are so hot. They give one hour to set up before scheduled party time which is fine but when we arrived, we had to call repeatedly to get someone to unlock the building for us. It took them 20 minutes to get someone to come out which put us way behind as well as the bounce house people who were also waiting. When we did get inside, the a/c did not work (no one informed us) and the place was a mess so we spent additional time getting it cleaned. The kids had a blast but definitely won’t be renting again.
