About the Club

Better Bodies Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates Studio specializing in alignment based movement. We offer personal training or small group sessions utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair and Trapeze Table. We also offer Wall Yoga and yoga therapy sessions in private or small group setting. Our studio also offers a separate area for Pilates Mat classes and Barre Intensity. Our instructors are comprehensively trained on the equipment and mat to give you a customized sessions to meet your needs and goals. Fabulous for strengthening core muscles and adding more flexibility to your spine and daily movement!

Been my go to workout for years. Great knowledgeable instructors who work with you exactly where you are as well as challenge you as they see your ability grow. I have tried every type of workout out there, there is nothing like a REAL classical pilates workout. It’s the only workout that I have ever stuck with and that my body doesn't hate me for doing. If you are looking for a low impact cardio workout that builds strength, tones and increase your range of motion you need to get in a class.

After 18 years of sedentary living this overweight 56 year old decided it's time to take her life and her body back. I had experienced Pilates many years ago and remembered how good it made me feel, so I decided to try it again. I am four (4) weeks in now and it is the most wonderful thing I have done for myself in almost 20 years. The instructors are kind, compassionate, patient, but also encouraging me to push (gently) a little more and a little more. It is the hardest thing I've done in a long time, but when I walk out the door at the end of class (or get up off the floor after a virtual class at home) I feel amazing. There are many different classes and all the instructors I have experienced are wonderful. I highly recommend pilates and I highly recommend Better Bodies Pilates for the journey.

I wish I could give Sally SIX stars. She is truly wonderful and very informative as a teacher of Pilates. Her instructions are always beneficial. I've been her student for about 15 years. She has helped me immensely recovering from hip, knee, back and wrist surgeries. I'm convinced without her help and knowledge, I would be in a wheel chair today. Thank you Sally for all your support, kind words, and knowledge. She is truly dedicated to Pilates.

Owner of studio and instructors fantastic! I started Pilates to be kinder to my body while recovering from breast cancer. It was so much more, great core workout, fabulous for muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Love pilates and wall yoga! Makes me feel like a new person! Highly recommend the studio!! I love my Pilates classes at Better Bodies! Edna has been my instructor for over a year and she is very articulate in her teaching. I started Pilates to strengthen my core and improve my balance. The studio is extremely clean and sanitized at all times. I thought it would help to improve my golf game, I'm not sure I am a better golfer but body always feels so much better after a class....Janice

I have been coming to the studio for 1 1/2 years. Pilates has helped with hip pain and core strength and is truly a mind-body challenge. Edna is an awesome teacher and really helps you get the most out of the workouts. Every workout is different so there is no boredom! I’ve also enjoyed sessions with Becky. My runner daughter has benefited from Pilates and is free from hip pain. My tennis player husband is enjoying his duet sessions.

I cannot say enough good things about Better Bodies Pilates! I was very skeptical going in for the first time. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money on three solo sessions but I was too scared to sign up for a class since I had never done Pilates. I am SO THANKFUL that I took a chance on this. Pilates has changed my life and my body. Honestly, I think of it as a hybrid between physical therapy and a work out. For years, I have pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. I've been to a physical therapist and chiropractors. Nothing helped. As for work outs, I have had several personal trainers. Nothing worked. Until Pilates! Becky is amazing on so many levels! She really listens to the client and comes up with the best plan, which is tailored to meet that particular client's needs. I strongly recommend that, if you are new to Pilates, you book the solo introductory package. It is well worth the money! As for the classes, I recently took a wall yoga class from Edna. She is excellent! [I read the negative review that mentioned Edna and I am baffled! Everyone I know who has taken one of Edna's classes has loved it]!

After going through rehab from injuring my back, L 3-5 & S-1 bulging discs, I began taking classes with Better Bodies Pilates. Many of the moves in rehab were in essence, some of the very moves I learned in Pilates. Now on my 10th year in Pilates, I can say my abs and back are much stronger thanks to the wonderful instruction I receive at Better Bodies Pilates. The instructors are tuned in to your needs and help you reach your maximum goals. It’s a wonderful group of Pilates instructors, many former teachers turned Pilates instructors so the classes flow with ease. I am a much stronger 63 year old woman due to Better Pilates Bodies!
