Amanda is such a fun instructor! I came from zero experience and have taken some private lessons with her. She’s very attentive and respectful of people’s different boundaries. Shes great at making sure you understand and don’t leave feeling confused or dumb. I may still be a beginner but I have gained a lot of strength and I now see why there’s so much fuss about Pilates.

Pilates allows me to participate in the other activities that I enjoy doing. I am stronger, have better posture and flexibility. I have taken the variety of classes that are offered. All instructors have been excellent for all levels and classes.

I have gotten so much stronger since working out at Better Bodies Pilates. The teachers are awesome to work with and really encourage me to push myself just a little harder. I have enjoyed solos and classes. It has been fun making new friends.
