John and the BioFit team are the most amazing group of people ever. They greet you every training day like a true friend they are excited to see. They motivate and coach and truly care that you are progressing towards being the greatest human you can be. The equipment is second to none. And it’s mind boggling how much you can test and build your body in a 20 minute session. Truly worth checking them out.

My family and I absolutely love the experience we get working out here. All six of those are able to get our work in done inside of 1 hour. That is miraculous!!!
John makes the experience a lot of fun while still pushing you to your max potential. I love the "gamification" of the workout here. I find it very satisfying to see the results on a big screen. I can see myself getting stronger with each workout. And it is amazing to see the progress after 30, 60, 90 days!!!
My family and I look forward to continuing working out here. Is the most efficient and effective workout I've ever experienced ❤️

I have been attending for almost 2 months. I really love the strength I am getting. My confidence is going up, my arthritis no longer bothers me. The best part is I enjoy the trainers. They make me laugh, motivate me without pushing me. They help me want to keep going. I see the improvements and strides I am making and the machine really helps mark your progress. 15 minutes from walk in to walk out, and it feels like an hour of strength training Everybody should try it!! The demo sold me.

My husband and I started going to BioFit a few months ago. I was looking for a personal trainer and ran across this place… they offered me a free demo. I came in and was immediately impressed and had to run home and tell my husband. He has been looking for something too since he’s a trucker and wants to make sure he stays in shape. This place is a judge free zone, they absolutely care about the people who come in. Everyone is very welcoming here! My 6yo special needs son and 4yo daughter come along with up and enjoy cheering us on. Since starting I can feel a major difference in my life. I have lost weight, can go up stairs and keep up with my son better. I sleep better as well! We have been to Arnold and Richmond Heights location and love both. What could it hurt?? Give it a try!!

I have belonged to gyms for years and have been getting frustrated with how crowded they have been lately, so I was looking for something different. So on a whim, I thought I would try QuickHit. What I really like is the individualized attention you get, but what I didn't expect was even being in shape, how unbelievably challenging it was. Having a one on one trainer is key, and I have to say, Matt not only has an infectious, positive attitude, he knows how to push you when you feel like you honestly can't do anymore. He's not only patient when you want to give up, he helps you find that inner strength to do " just three more...." 😄😉😩. Strongly recommend

Especially since I started working with Matt Moran. He has an effervescent charming but challenging personality that gets the most out of me each session. Matt is my trainer he is professional but at the same time.personable. He works my different muscle groups the way they should be worked to make a difference. He cares about his clients and holds you accountable.
I enjoy my time with the machine but couldn't do it if Matt was not there. The machine is cleaned after each use and that makes me comfortable with this site.

After I recently retired, and being confined to home with covid, I had not been active or exercising. My muscles were weakening. I was already dealing with osteoarthritis and getting cortisone shots in hips and knees. My back pain was horrible. My Doctor suggested some physical therapy and exercise. After researching on-line, I decided to contact QuickHit. I was attracted to the 20 minute resistance workout. Also, needed guidance to assure me I was using equipment correctly.
After meeting Matt Moran, I sensed he was genuinely interested in working with me. Tomorrow I will be starting Week 6. Matt has been motivating and coaching me every step of the way. Matt is very professional and enthusiastic in helping me succeed. I feel my muscles are getting stronger, I am consciously eating better, lost several pounds, and the best part is my back pain is now gone! After seeing Matt’s credentials hanging on the wall in the Fitness Center, Matt told me to trust him and just let him coach me through the program. I have committed to 6 months. Cannot wait to see where I am at in 6 months. Thank you Matt.

I was hopeful but skeptical when I first started with QuickHit a few weeks ago because I have tried a LOT of diets/weight loss programs/gyms, etc. in the past. However, when Matt Moran started talking to me about what my goals were and what I hoped to get out of the experience, I knew this time was going to be different. Because he doesn't make it seem impossible like other trainers have in the past, he doesn't make me feel like I had to change my entire diet to new foods that I may or may not like, he pushes me in my workouts and as long as I am giving it everything I have got, it is a win with him. Consistency and small but crucial changes are what make it work. I am glad to join the QuickHit community because it is a welcoming and supportive one.

I’ve been a member since June ‘20. The Lab director, Coach Matt, is fantastic. He presses you when you need it, he is ALWAYS cheerful and very knowledgeable. My husband and I joined QuickHIT in SoCo Missouri in August 2020 with Matthew Moran as our personal trainer. Since joining, we’ve both lost weight, inches and gained strength. We’ve pushed ourselves harder than we ever thought we could. Matt is not only an exceptional trainer and motivator, he is PASSIONATE about what he does. Not only is this workout a quick 20 minutes, it is strenuous exercise. For those with less time but want to work hard and fast, this is the exercise plan for you. Twice a week if you choose, one a week available too. Not easy, just thorough. I love it!!

I was going to wait to give QuickHit a review until I reached my goal. However, I’m 6 weeks in, have lost close to 12 pounds, and I’ve lost almost 5% of body fat. My goal was to lose 20 pounds, & I have no doubt that I will meet this goal at the end of 12 weeks.
I was skeptical of only a 20 minute session at first. After the 1st free session I realized that I was not even able to get to the 20 minute mark. I was too gassed! The strength I felt after that 1st session & knowing that I was to be weighed & measured each session motivated me to eat right, and to stay light/moderately active going into the next session. It has started to snowball & I can feel myself getting stronger in every session. My energy levels are 10x better than they used to be as well. I’m current doing 2 - 20 minute sessions a week.
The team at QuickHit is top notch. They will fit me in for a session at the drop of dime. I can’t speak highly enough of Colin! His disposition is the perfect balance of intimidation & encouragement. He can can always get a few more reps out of me then I think I can do. Tanners knowledge of different movements, exercises, and stretches have really helped as well. The stretch exercises he provided me has helped with my muscle recovery.
I highly suggest QuickHit for those who are interested in getting leaner & stronger without spending hours of time in the gym per week. It’s definitely working for me! Sorry, but I’m not posting any before, or after pics until I’ve hit my goal.
