I have always wanted to work out but have never stuck with a program as long as I have with biofit. I have not only gained strength and feeling stronger but also have learned so much about proper form and knowledge about the equipment. Fantastic place to learn form and control as well as hitting a full body workout in under 30 minutes, Logan (the trainer at the k location) is extremely knowledgeable and beyond friendly and really help me as an 18 year old figure out amazing things when it comes to form and taking care of myself not only outside of my workouts but inside as well!

What I love about QuickHit is you can get a great workout in just 20 min with a personal trainer that guides you through each exercise. Triston Mechling at the Ofallon location is exceptional. If you are wanting to make a change this is the place to make it happen. Seven months later Oct 18th I’m down 15 lbs and 23 inches overall. This is the place to get it done. Love every minute of my 20 minute quick hit!

I’ve been going to Quickhit in O’Fallon about 4 months now. As a 60ish year old with some prior health issues (breast cancer, shoulder problems and RA) my goal has been to regain strength and my ability to live an active life. I’m a scuba diver and frequently go on physically demanding trips. Since starting my Quickhit journey with Triston, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my ability to keep up with others on these trips and need very minimal help to take care of myself and my gear. A big shout out to QuickHIT Fitness Labs and trainer Triston M. In January 2020, my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I said that I really needed to get into better shape and increase my overall strength. We both did a trial workout at the O’Fallon location and were hooked. The 20 minute workout, two times a week fits nicely into a professional work schedule and has yielded such positive results in my strength improvement. It is an incredible workout for the time commitment. Having an individual trainer is a plus too. Triston pushes me to get those flags. I encourage anyone wanting a demanding, efficient workout to check it out.
