I wanted to like this place but I just can't find much of anything to be positive about. The only good thing I can say is that it's always really clean, but I'm pretty sure that's because no one seems to ever be using the equipment to actually work out.

It's a trendy tiktok body positive gym. If you have any actual drive to lose weight and keep it off this isn't the place. If you do go when it happens to be busy they have very limited equipment so you'll find yourself waiting to use a machine that someone is filming on more than you're actually working out. The equipment itself isn't even really for any sort of high intensity training, it's all very Baseline.

Now this is just my personal experience, but I've been made fun of by other gym members here and not for the reason you'd think. On my last visit I was doing my warmup stretches like I always do when I heard a group of women behind me gossiping about me being "Rail thin" (which is crazy I'm like 165lbs, nowhere near THIN) and "how sad it was that I'm killing myself because society got to me." One lady even said I "was in the wrong place" which is crazier because I was literally in a gym WORKING OUT. There's a lot of insecurities that are kind of thrust out there to make you feel bad if you're even virtually "skinny"

They do have some sort of like free babysitting kids club thing when it's open. I want to say it's only open 2 or 3 times out of every 10 visits I've been. Seems like they have a really hard time staffing it because when I asked they said they were working on filling the available positions.

The one thing that really bothers me is that people are always filming themselves doing anything but actually working out. I mean it's every direction you turn at this point that someone has a phone out. It doesn't help this is a small gym so it gets really loud with people trying to talk over each other to film. I was really excited about a women owned gym full of other women, so I wouldn't have to worry about creeps watching me all the time while I'm trying to work out. However, it feels even creepier knowing that I'm always being filmed and that it's going up on the internet for anybody to see. It just doesn't feel like the safe space they're trying to make it out to be.

At this point I'll be going back to Planet Fitness because it's much larger with better equipment for a fraction of the cost, and the added benefit that I don't have to worry about being in the background of someone's weird tiktok of them jumping around and doing literally anything but exercising.

Absolutely love this gym. It’s changed my life! I was a mom with littles who didn’t have any time to care for myself or even feel human. An hour in the morning with them having a blast at kids club, and me working out completely transformed my days. I have more energy to be a better mom, and I’m more confident and comfortable in my postpartum body. Positive vibes and great people, at a price I can afford and with childcare my kiddos love. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

A friend recommended this place. While I haven't had the privilege ill be joining her next time. Knowing my friend this place is worth checking out. Very quiet, clean, affordable, and 24/7 access. It's women only so if you're one of those, NO WORRIES! If you're into saving community businesses, just need something to do, want to work on yourself, or are just lost come on in and check it out!

Wonderful gym! Very clean and just the right amount of equipment plus it's 24/7. This is the only gym I feel comfortable going to. The other gyms I have tried, I felt very judged, and the weights were always taken over by the men. This gym got me comfortable getting back into lifting weights and exercise again. I actually look forward to exercising.

Great place, clean and friendly. I feel safe and not judged. Having a place to go that is centered around women is great. I would recommend it for any women, but especially for those who are uncomfortable in other gyms. The staff will help you no matter what fitness level you are, and help you find out what works for you. I'm 68 and happy here!
