There are too many words to describe Bootcamp Challenge and Lori Patterson! This class is amazing!!! Lori is the best instructor, I have ever worked with, in my entire 30 years of working out!! We have all age groups and all sizes. If you are looking for the best, Bootcamp Challenge is where you want to be!!!

She offers an on demand subscription, in person and virtual classes. As someone that travels for work, very convenient. She also integrates nutrition & goal planning. Highly recommend

I first joined Bootcamp in 2007 (the summer after I graduated from High School). I have been going ever since (besides taking a small break between 2015-2017 to get married and have my first baby). After moving back to the St Charles area and about 9 months after having my son, I was ready to get back into working out and taking care of me. I remember looking up Bootcamp Challenge because I missed the comradery and I distinctly remember the workouts being awesome. The trainer I had orignally was no longer part of the team but I found Lori's camp. I was hesitant at first because let's be honest you tend to fall in love with YOUR trainer and anyone else is just not the same (even if the new trainer is the CEO and creator of the program). I realized soon enough that I had no reason to hesitate! Lori is AMAZEBALLS (her word)! I love her energy, singing skills, dancing skills and she really does care about you as a human. I never felt like I was just another camper. I felt like I was part of her family and still feel that way. She really wants you to get something out of the program and listens to your needs.
Now let's talk about the workouts because that is probably why you are looking into this program in the first place! The workouts have evolved and changed over the years but that is due to the industry changing and growing. I remember when we used zero equipment and strictly cardio and body weight. Nowadays, we def still have days where it is that but now we incorporate strength training and we can bring our own hand weights. I love the variety and not ever knowing what I am about to walk into (even if it is yoga day/stretching for athletes which I dread getting up at 5am for). There are also lots of options that are offered in place of certain moves. So if you are injured, Lori will modify for you so that you are working the same muscle groups. I do the 5:30am camp and let me tell you it is not always so easy to get up to do it and sometimes life gets in the way that prevents it. However, when I get up and get my workout out of the way, my mood is wonderful! Totally worth it.
Lastly, the group workout setting is so motivating and inspiring. I call this group of people my fit family. I have grown to know them over the years and we are all Facebook friends. When I had my second child (daughter), they threw me a baby shower. Yes, I did bootcamp through out my entire pregnancy until I was about 34 weeks (modifications made this possible and Lori and my fit family). I have watched people leave the program and then come right back and I get excited to see who is coming back when we launch a new camp.
I am definitely a Lifer and recommend this program.

Never in a million years did I think you could SWEAT like I do in virtual workouts! BCC trainers have figured out the perfect programs and motivation techniques to keep me coming back 3+ years later! My only regret is that I don’t get to experience Lori’s singing and dancing in person but she still motivates me on the daily even though we’re hundreds of miles apart!!

Boot Camp Challenge St. Peter’s, MO is fantastic! This program has helped me to lose weight, become stronger and live a healthier lifestyle . Lori, our instructor, is knowledgeable, creative and adaptive. Every workout is effective and fun!! I have been with BCC for two years now, and I still look forward to each workout day, even Mondays! I highly recommend this program. Come join us, you will not be disappointed!

There are lots of "boot camp" fitness options. What makes this one so AWESOME?? Is it the beginning and ending assessments, so you can see your amazing results at the end of each camp? Results like lost inches and body fat, and increased strength and cardio fitness? Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing those results in black and white, but that's not the best part. Is it the nutritional support with reviews of daily food logs? Not really, although for the first time I am changing the way I eat for the long haul, doing what I will do to maintain my new body once I get there, which is a HUGE change in mindset for me. No, what makes it so amazing are the people, and especially the trainer, Lori Patterson. She mixes it up every single workout, always something new, and she knows how to push me to the next level while making me feel amazing about where I am. And she knows how to adjust and modify every exercise for every fitness level. The other participants are encouraging and inspirational. Truly a life-changer, not just a body-changer.

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Bootcamp Challenge! It's well structured and science based. We do planned out exercises for a reason. It is a full body workout during the week and options are always given if someone has an injury. We appreciate the time Lori puts into planning our programming so that we can improve our bodies. It is a well-rounded program that encompasses all aspects of the wellness wheel. Every workout is different and enjoyable. Lori asks for our input and values or opinions. If you are looking for a program that is challenging yet so so fun, Bootcamp Challenge is the one for you!

I’m was reluctant to try such a challenging workout at age 53. I thought it would be too advanced, but my trainer instructed in a way that gave me encouragement and emphasized what I was doing right. As time went on, I became stronger and stronger. It’s amazing really. Most days I surprise myself at what I can do now, 2 years later as a “lifer.” I can’t imagine my life without it now.

Boot Camp Challenge is so much more than a workout class. It’s a community! Lori and her trainers make sure you are getting the best workout for your body. Not everyone has the same abilities and they truly know how to modify anything to make it work for you! I also love the fact they work on all aspects of the wellness wheel, it’s not just about movement. Everyone at BCC, is there to help you succeed, so the training/ coaching doesn’t stop when class time is up. Would highly recommend them to everyone, no matter where you are on your wellness journey!
