Gym equipment was alway functional and clean. Even when equipment was out of order, the staff typically had the equipment up and running with 2 weeks or less.

Equipment quality and variety fits the spectrum of gym goers needs. Regardless of the time you go, there is enough equipment to mitigate waiting during your workout.

I joined Boss Body gym 2 months ago, and if I could I would give 10 stars!!! As a woman, I was very intimidated trying to learn strength training. Nicki is my trainer, and I have grown so much not only physically but mentally as a person. I have never been so successful at working out. I just started my second program with Nicki and I am working out on machines that I thought were only for body builders. Not only is Nicki amazing, but the other trainers are there to answer questions for you and jump in to help you improve your form. I can confidently say that Boss Body Fitness is by far the nicest gym I have been to. The gym is very spacious and offers a wide array of exercise equipment. Everyone at the gym, from the staff to the members, are incredibly friendly and that has made this gym feel very welcoming. They have won “Best of the Burg” multiple times for a reason! I made the switch to Boss Body about 6 months ago. I wanted more variety of equipment and more opportunity for growth. Most importantly, I needed help and knew there were solid trainers with extensive education and knowledge for women (of all ages) and man did I ever get what I wanted and more! I have never been a person who enjoyed going to a gym. I always felt weird being in them. I have enjoyed being in the gym at Boss Body and have actually stuck to working out because of Boss Body Fitness. This by far is the best gym I have ever been to. There is a great selection of machines and free weights and the music they play is great. They have some good extras you can add like the sauna and they do tanning as well but have not tried it. They have great personal training staff we use Brenton and he is great he takes the time to get to know you and your goals and helps you achieve them with realistic amount of times and workouts. I've been going to Boss Body Fitness over two months (3 years now) now trying to tone up my body.

One of the things I've noticed there is that the clientele is made up of people of all ages, sizes, totally muscular, and just those trying to stay healthy. Boss Body is a community of people with similar goals and I love being a part of it.

The trainers there make you feel comfortable no matter where you're at in your body fitness.

Locally owned, Nicki has built this gym from the ground up and she's always adding equipment. Recently she added a stand up tanning booth. She also has a infrared sauna. Those are just some of the extras. (3 years later using the tanning booth is simple and gives great results. Sauna is the best ever too.)

If you're looking to get in shape or want to even become a serious body builder, this is the place to do just that. Check it out, it cost nothing to do that. If you're not amazed, I'll do half an hour on the stair climber. 😄

I can see this business growing more in the future because Nicki has the vision to see people feel good about their bodies and be healthier.

I joined Boss Body Fitness on 11/1/2019. I'm now approaching my mid 50's and have several serious medical problems (autoimmune diseases, numerous hospitalizations for pneumonia, cancer) that have interrupted my progress. I normally pay the fees to use personal trainers and I like to go to the classes since I don't really know what I'm doing. This allows me to just show up and do what I'm told by people who do know what they're doing. At my best, without any medical issues coming up I was able to lose over 50 lbs and felt stronger and better than I have in over 25 years. Nicki the owner is totally awesome and will do whatever she can to help you reach your goals. I can't imagine going to any other gym. You shouldn't either.

This gym has been constantly voted best in the area for a reason, and consistently sets the standard, The people and atmosphere are second to none, everyone in the gym is there to make each other better and incredibly friendly toward one another. Boss Body presents a place to get work and not feel judged. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and always there for a spot or added encouragement. Another thing Boss Body does well as a business is ensure the most clean and tidy facility. I never had a time when the gym was unclean or sanitary. Finally, and I think the most important selling factor for me is the connection of Boss Body to the Warrensburg community and the local Law Enforcement, first responder and military communities. As a military member, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the base gym shut down I found Boss Body and haven’t been anywhere else sense. I am moving on to another assignment but Boss Body and the people there will always have a special place and as I said in the beginning 5 stars does not do this place justice!

I have been a member of this gym for over 7 years and I couldn't be happier .The gym is consistently clean with great amenities, like fresh fruit, water and clean towels free for your benefit. The trainers are helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions about fitness, diet or how to use the machines. The equipment is great too. Well kept, clean and every possible muscle group you can think of to work on, there's a machine for you and its always being upgraded. Overall, I give this gym and it's trainers my highest rating. If you want to invest in your health, this is the place to be.

For a gym that has an app and online membership purchase options, they sure make it difficult to get out of a contract. It's amazing that in the digital age they require a written letter before even considering letting people get out of their membership. Not to mention the fine print of 'processing fees' that they charged up front. Be VERY careful about signing a contract with these people, they will do everything to keep you from getting out of it.

I called to cancel my membership and they told me that it would be taken care of. I later find out that they are still trying to charge me months later and when I call to ask about it, they say they have no documentation of me calling and that they have to charge me again before canceling.

Great place! Clean and also has professional trainers with lots of good equipment! I like the gym setup. It has everything I need. Never too busy. Plenty of machines and free weights. It’s open 24 hours and they give you a key fob to get in so there’s security.

Asked for an update so here you go. Predatory contract, trainers that directly go against the wishes of the customers goals. A couple trainers advising unsafe lifting conditions/not spotting, had to personally help a person remove 225 while their trainer was busy talking to their girlfriend on the phone. I regularly cleaned in the morning, picking up trash and rags, so that I would have clean equipment. Only got two stars bc good equipment (even if they refuse to fix the fly machine in the corner) and 24 hours is hard to find.

I guarantee if Niki spent the time, screening trainers or occasionally making sure they did their job, she'd shape it up in a flash, but complacency isn't an excuse

I have had a very pleasant experience with this gym. It’s the first real gym I ever attended, and I never would have found it without my cousin showing me. After I found employment again in August of 2020, I saved up enough money and then after New Years my resolution was to be in better in shape and it was a choice that I am happy I made. Through boss body I’ve made progress in becoming more physically fit through personal trainers and nutritional consultations. Without their advise and training I wouldn’t have the results I have now with bulked up shoulders, arms and legs. I also have to say their training has carried over into my job, which is a physically demanding one, now I can lift and throw things with the knowledge of right proper movement and no longer risk any major injuries at work from lifting or moving wrong. Overall I am pleased with my results and now am looking forward to what is in store next for me.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Our son who is serving in the military received orders that he is going to another state. Went in to stop his membership this trash was told it was stopped but this company continued to charge him and then sent him to collections!! Disgusting!! Clearly has no respect for the military.

Nikki, the owner is truly caring, kind and compassionate. She shows this over the phone, in person and with how she has her fitness center set up.
Love the environment, camaraderie and trainers are fantastic. My mind set is in a great place and I've matched it with an excellent fitness center.
Update upon having to stop any fitness training due to back injury, even with Doctors orders that I was having surgery, this unscrupulous business hasn't the ability to understand and continued to attempt to gouge me when I was down getting ready for back surgery. The owner insisted no matter what that my membership had to be paid. And follow that with turning it into collections so she got the money from collection company and that cannot collect what they paid out. I am still not able to do this, as a matter of fact am looking at a second surgery due to further issues. Can't believe a business would stoop this low. Very sad. With everything said I even had to move to be closer to my Doctor's on the Plaza due to multiple treatments.
Hope she never has to step down from her self righteous pedestal. That fall will hurt.
The only thing hurting is my back. This in no way affected me.
I want others to have your eyes open and just be aware of their practices.

This gym is AMAZING!! And the Trainers and staff are the best! I’m personally greeted when I walk in the door daily and if I skip to many days in a row I get a check in call 🙈🙈. I’ve been working with a trainer there on and off for about 2 years now and I have ZERO complaints!! It’s also hospital clean! And they have a break room and shower!!! Recently they added a level 4 stand up bed and also offer a dry sauna! Best part is the competitive rates and it’s 24 hours!! 10/10 recommend.

This business requires a reason on paper (that must fit their opinion) to cancel a membership. Last I checked, successful businesses (e.g. Netflix, The Bruery, Stitch Fix, Peloton, etc.) that offer memberships do not require anything other than a phone call, email or click of a button to cancel membership.

Boss body is awesome. Its a smaller gym where most everyone knows everyone and feels at home. Nikki and the other trainers are great to work with, and always willing to answer any questions someone might have. They are very professional and trustworthy. I got a membership about two weeks ago and all I can say is this has been the best investment I’ve made in a long time. This gym has everything you will need and more. The first week I was a member, they bought two new workout machines and continue to invest in their members. Most expensive place in the burg by far. Can invite a guest one day a month, locked into 12 months minimum (for now, they said), $300 early cancellation fee or 50% of your remaining term, $60 startup fee, but a reasonable $10 annual fee. The place was super humid when I went, it was an absolute nightmare without even working out. Their military discount isn't a discount at all, they just lock you into their 3-year plan at $30 a month and waive your early termination fee if you deploy, as long as you bring in orders, which just seems like a common courtesy thing, if it isn’t a legal requirement. They upcharge for tanning and sauna, whole place seems like a cash grab. Free coffee I think though, so I’ll give it the extra star for that, and 24 hour operation is a plus. Still, I’ll go to Central Fitness off Pine instead.
