Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn has been an absolute game changer for me. I have tried so many of the big workout chains and group class programs, and I have never truly enjoyed any of them or been able to stick with them for long. I joined Burn for a one month promo and knew immediately that it was different.
I used to weightlift on my own, and that has always been the only type of exercise I could stay consistent with. Burn gives me that same vibe, but it pushes me even harder than I could ever push myself by myself. In just 4 weeks I’ve put on about 2lbs of muscle and dropped 1% body fat!
And the community is incredible. From day one, people knew my name, said hi to me, and made me feel genuinely welcome and included. It does not feel fake or forced. It feels real, supportive, and like something I want to be part of every single day.

I love the encouragement that everyone on the floor provides! The trainers are phenomenal with their personalized feedback and adaptations for injuries. It is great knowing that every workout is different but yet you know exactly what area you are targeting walking in the door. It also helps that the playlists are always different and motivational! I have tried other gyms and group classes, but this is the first that has stuck long term!

Before coming to burn i would obsess about what workout plan to do or if i was doing enough in the gym. Now when i come to Burn, I dont have to worry. When a friend took me into burn a little over two years ago, I was nervous, but I was new to Missouri and knew that I needed something for myself since I'm home with my kiddos all day everyday. This is the absolute best outlet for me everyday. To be able to rely on the best childcare while working out is a dream. I've always been a runner, but I have such a love for lifting now and getting stronger. Burn is amazing for confidence, friendships and a break doing something healthy and stress relieving for myself. The only thing I can say I wish there was for the summer is a 10:30 or noon camp with childwatch.

Burn Boot Camp Manchester is a special place. I was initially terrified to walk through those doors because, at 50, I had no confidence because I was so out of shape. What led me to becoming a member after a 7-day trial were things like trainers and staff who greeted me by name, members who helped me keep up with the workouts, and the feeling that it was oozing with positive vibes and energy.
Everything, including the warmups, was incredibly hard at the beginning. However, there is truly no judgement from members or staff, no matter what modifications are needed. Instead of expecting everyone to do something like pull-ups, they systematically teach you how to start, which helps you think you may someday be able to do the real thing. That was eye-opening to me.
One of my favorite things about the camps is that you hit the ground running and don’t stop moving until it is over. Before Burn, I was an expert in talking myself out of doing hard things when left to my own devices. Here, I just do it, with everyone else doing it with me. As an introvert, I was initially worried about doing exercises with a partner or being “encouraged” by the trainers to lift heavier or work harder. However, being pulled a bit out of my comfort zone has helped me grow and to know I am capable of working harder than I realized.
Today I am 643 camps in, and I have grown in so many ways. I am measurably stronger, my cardiovascular endurance has improved, and I am so much more aware of my body than ever before. Most importantly I have gained so much confidence from doing things I never thought I could. It is this confidence that is giving me the courage to compete in the Level Up Games this year, which is another thing I never would have considered before. Burn has reminded me that surprising things are possible when you have people cheering for you and put in the work.

I love this place. I have done everything from martial arts, crossfit, Olympic lifting, power lifting, and regular gym memberships, but nothing really can compete with the energy and positivity here. I am always coming back to Burn Boot Camp for every promo they run and am considering a membership. Working out is rewarding and hard work, but burn boot camp has found a way to keep those principles with the addition of FUN through a wonderfully supportive team of trainers and fellow trainees around you. 11/10 recommend for ANYONE!

I’m loving Burn Bootcamp. I’m a first time mom to a 6 month old and was struggling to find routine in my new stay at home mom life. I joined Burn because of their child watch for very young children. I had never left my son but instantly felt comfortable with the wonderful ladies who watch the children. I’ve joined gyms in the past but always feel intimidated by everyone and I never know what to actually do at the gym so I came away not feeling like I had a well rounded workout. Burn is so different! I have never felt intimidated in any way and I just show up to the class and always go away feeling like I’ve had a well rounded fun workout. Plus I love that there is a start time for the class as it keeps me accountable to actually go. It’s just such a welcoming environment while also creating a space for you to push yourself. I love this Burn location!! The community is so encouraging. I am a student and I typically workout at the Burn Boot Camp in Fayetteville, AR, but when I'm home, I go to the Manchester gym. Joining burn has changed my life in just over a month.I was going to the gym trying all these crazy workouts & diet plans. Honestly nothing worked for me and decided to give up and just stay unhealthy, eating poor & sitting around. At one of the lowest points I was scrolling through Facebook this burn boot camp ad pops up, honestly scrolled right past it. The next day I see it again, so clicked on it. The best decision ever was to join the 3 free day trial. I was a little overwhelmed, but as the end of the 3rd day approached, I knew it was for me! I’ve been going to Burn for over 6 years and it’s hands down the best place to get a great workout! Camps are always different and very challenging. I do have lower back problems and the trainers are great at giving me modifications when I need them. I’m a busy mom so I go as often as I can. Burn is the best thing I've done for myself. My first experience at Burn was immediately positive, knowing I was doing something good for myself. Burn truly has changed my life. I have been active and in the gym for a while. I started to continuously go through phases of going to the gym, then stopping, just to start again so I was constantly stuck at the same level. I was going through this cycle physically, but also mentally. I’ve been at Burn for 8 months now and I am more consistent than ever and pushing myself more than I have in a long time. I love having the workout set out for me so I can show up and get to work. The motivation from the trainers and other members is unmatched. The hardest step is the one out the front door. As long as I get to Burn, my day will be better. At camp, trainers will ask “does that make sense- say yes” to which we reply “yes” to verbally commit to the workout in front of us. Burn Bootcamp -Manchester is a gym for all. There is no judgement, only a group of trainers that are truly there for you and whatever your fitness goal is. They help you get on track through focus meetings, check your progress through body diagnostic and make sure you are getting the most from your workout every time. For anyone that needs it there is always modifications for each station, if you need more the awesome trainers are there to help …they are definitely hands on and always checking to be sure you are in correct form to avoid any injury. As personal trainers they will push you as do the other members, because we are a community that strives for success! It’s no wonder there are so many long term members, and members that are renewing their IOU commitments when there membership ends. High five to Chelsea, Jill, Kristy, Ashley, Lauren, Pamela andAndrea and any other trainers I’ve missed and to all the BA’s that welcome you every time by name with a smile!

I joined Burn Boot Camp 14 weeks ago. I had no idea what to expect and am kind of shocked by how much I've come to value it. Turns out the non-judgmental and encouraging community, the 1:1 focus meetings with a trainer (including discussion about form and nutrition and access to the InBody scan), the real time assistance with form and modifications from the trainers, access to all the cool equipment, and expertly planned workouts (and playlists!) are just the pieces I needed to finally incorporate fitness into my routine in a consistent way. It took me 14 weeks to get myself into a healthier body composition range which was my first goal, and I am truly excited to keep going and see even more benefit. So grateful to have found this place!
Update: How did I forget to mention Child Watch?! This is arguably the MOST important factor for why I’m able to stay committed. They are amazing!! Honestly all the Burn staff go out of their way to be welcoming and encouraging!

The trainers are amazing. They help you to do your best. Give you modifications if needed. Push you just enough to show you that you CAN do hard things. If you have a prior injury, no problem. They will work with you to optimize your best potential. Focus meetings allow you to have one on one help with a trainer.
They have multiple times to choose from making it easy to fit it into your schedule. They also have free childcare while you workout. I don't have small children so I'm not as familiar with this aspect but from what I understand most kids love going to the childcare room.
Some classes are busier than others but don't let that scare you. The energy and positive atmosphere is contagious. Being with other people, seeing what they have accomplished is so encouraging. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve and the support you will have.
The hardest part is walking through the doors for the first time. When you do you will not regret it. You may even wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

You need this gym in your life. Don’t be intimidated. I used to drive by and think, I could never do that. Turns out I can! Burn has taught me to go outside of my comfort zone. Getting a great workout is an added bonus. I have achieved things, I’ve never thought possible. This is not just a gym. It’s a community of incredible people, and the trainers are AMAZING. Burn Boot Camp Manchester is the best gym ever! I’ve been a member for 7 years and am continually amazed by the trainers and encouraging members.
No workout is ever the same so it keeps camps fun. Even though I've been attending for some time the trainers continue finding ways to challenge me. The workouts don't get easier, I have just gotten stronger.

Burn is truly the gym for all: all fitness levels, ages, men, women, etc. What makes Burn stand out is the community & accountability you’ll find there. I’ve been a member for 7+ years (as has my husband). I love that I will never do the same workout twice. I just show up & the rest is taken care of! The trainers truly care & are invested in your well being. Are you a busy mom? No problem, childwatch is included in multiple camps/day. Need help with nutrition or an injury? Schedule a focus meeting with a trainer (also included)! I love that my focus has shifted from “being thin” to being STRONG, with more confidence than I’ve had before & fueling my body with healthy choices. The way your body changes is just a bonus. I walked in the doors at Burn Boot Camp 5 years ago and just keep coming back. The 45 minutes I spend inside those blue walls each morning help set the tone for my day. Friendly, inviting, inspiring, supportive, positive, motivating, caring, fulfilling - Burn is THE BEST gym or workout around. How do I know this? I spent the past couple of years trying other gyms in the area and I conclude with confidence that Burn is the most effective and welcoming place anywhere!
How I started:
I stopped in to try Burn after probably a year of driving by and wondering, "what's going on in there?" It was August 2018. After doing lots of at-home workout videos, some workouts at The Pointe, lots of neighborhood runs, I was stalled in my fitness journey. That first camp at Burn Manchester blew me away. It was dynamic, hard, fun, fast-paced but instructive. I felt like it was just the right challenge I needed in just the right place.
They make it easy: lots of camp times to choose from; a convenient app for the schedule, free child care during most daytime camp times, free personal training meetings, and the camps are the perfect length and intensity to make you feel like you CRUSHED it, but lets you get in and out and back to your day.
You will feel and see results quickly because they always gently and in a supportive way challenge you to do more than you thought you could do. This gave me more confidence and I kept coming back, even after hard days, to keep getting better. The toning and weight loss came right along with it but I'm surprised to find I'm mostly hooked on how I FEEL and my strength and the community at Burn. It's no pressure but all smiles. The trainers feel like friends.
If you want something that is out of the ordinary but always there for you and will get you results, give it a try. <3

I joined burn in January of 2024 being 5 months postpartum and needing childcare so I could workout. 4 weeks later I found out I was pregnant with baby number 3. I immediately regretted signing the 18 month contract but it turns out being a part of the burn community throughout my entire pregnancy was the best thing that could have happened. The trainers were amazing at helping me to modify workouts without feeling out of place. The recovery from baby 3 was definitely the easiest and I was quickly able to get back to the floating floor within 4 weeks. Burn is 45 minutes that I get to do something for myself without feeling guilty or having to think too much. It looks intimidating from the outside but once you step onto the floor you feel apart of a strong community of people that just want you to succeed!

Burn has been my happy place for 7 years. I’ve gone to many gyms over the years. Some are very hard to get into a class and some aren’t welcoming. The classes at Burn are designed in a way that no 2 are ever the same and the energy is like nothing I’ve ever experienced at other gyms. I will always call it home because of the welcoming community and workouts. 2025 update: Now that I’ve been a member for 3 years, I still feel the same as before but have come to most appreciate how easy Burn makes it to live a fit lifestyle. At other fitness centers, you either have to DIY your workout or have the stress of setting alarms to sign up/be on a waitlist. Neither apply here! I don’t have to think about my workout. I just show up and do as I’m told, which is a nice reprieve from all the decision-making I have to do everyday! For scheduling, I just pick the time that works best for me and I go. Plus the community keeps you motivated and accountable to show up!
2022: Burn Boot Camp Manchester has been everything I needed to kickstart my fitness goals! I now have more strength, energy, endurance, and confidence - all with the added benefit of looking better in my clothes! Burn is an incredible community; the high-fives and encouragement during camp have been a perfect offset to working remotely. From the second I first walked into this gym, it has felt like home. The community you can find here at Burn is unparalleled. Everyone supports and encourages each other, and the trainers genuinely care about each member. The trainers are great at helping you with form, and pushing you to do your best. They challenge you and encourage you. Members pick each other up and support each other throughout each workout. The workout itself is also incredible. There are so many ways to modify to fit your own personal level of fitness. The variety is also super important to me. You'll never see the same workout twice. They mix up protocol, format, and exercises to give you a very well rounded routine. Your body will never get stagnant. The unlimited free in-body screen and one on one sessions with trainers are also super beneficial. This gym is truly an all around standout.

I’ve been a member since 2018 so this review is extremely belated but necessary. Burn Manchester is amazing and offers so much more than just a workout class you attend once in a while. I showed up seven years ago out of shape, unmotivated, self-conscious, and not knowing a single person. I had a disordered relationship with food and exercise. Needless to say, all of that has changed! From the trainers to the front desk staff and the other members, everyone is there to support you and cheer you on no matter your ability level. You will see members of all ages, races, professions, and body types. As someone who has always been self-conscious about my weight, the fact that Burn has no mirrors means that I can focus on myself and my form instead of how I look. I quickly realized that everyone else is so busy sweating and working hard that no one is judging me. I learned that I love weight lifting and am motivated to be strong, not skinny!
Practically speaking, Burn makes it easy to commit to myself for 45 minutes a day, five days a week. With kids and a busy work schedule, it’s not easy to commit to the same time everyday, so the flexibility to choose my camp time based on my own schedule gives me no excuses but to show up. I love the complimentary child watch and 1:1 trainer meetings. I love that I can show up to camp and there is someone to tell me what to do and make sure I am doing it correctly.
Bottom line: if you are reading a bunch of Google reviews trying to decide whether Burn is for you, just sign up for a free trial camp and show up! What do you have to lose besides all of your preconceived notions about group fitness?

From reluctant participant (husband talked me into a trial) to love it!!!! What do I love?
1. Workouts are different everyday (seriously, have not repeated a workout the year I’ve been a member)
2. Friendly and amazing staff (everyone greets you by name, even in your first week)
3. Members are off the chart! Everyone is cheering for you in all your small successes along the way!
4. It’s only 45 minutes! You can do hard things for 45 minutes.
5. Lots of camp times to fit my fluctuating schedule
6. Can still do it when I travel at other locations or Burn on Demand
7. The most amazing thing though- is the way my body has changed in only 1 year. I am so much stronger, mentally and physically.

Love this place! Started almost a year ago and my wife and I just signed up for another year. Burn Manchester is just a great group of instructors and clients. My wife and I are so much stronger and more fit than we were 11 months ago. The thing I love most is that I don’t have to plan or think, just show up and do what they say to do. Oh my goodness!! For my first class this was definitely a great first time. The coach Pamela knew exactly what she was doing especially guiding such a huge class. I was so impressed by every ones skills. All coaches present today were so powerful and encouraging. Most importantly I love the safe clean environment for my6 month old while I get 45 min to myself. Everything that's INCLUDED with membership makes it worth it for us moms!!! I cannot wait to be back.

I’ve been a Burn member since 2019! The trainers are so knowledgeable - truly the best in the business. They’ve helped me work through several injuries, pregnancy, and postpartum while keeping my safety and recovery a top priority. The nutrition guidance has helped me make meaningful shifts in my diet which has had major impacts on my health. There’s so much creativity in the camp planning. In the 5 years I’ve been here, I’ve never seen the same camp twice. It’s part of what’s kept me excited to keep coming back!
They offer complementary childwatch while you work out which has been essential for me. I know my kid is in great hands with the childwatch staff! It would be much more difficult to prioritize getting to the gym without this service.
The community is wonderful and I’m so proud to be a part of it!
