I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp O’Fallon for two years, and it has truly made me stronger both physically and mentally. I love the variety of workouts and that all I have to do is show up—the trainers take care of the rest! The flexibility of camp times is another huge plus since I can choose whichever time works best for me each day.
Recently, I had to pause my membership for medical reasons and lost a lot of strength. Coming back was a little intimidating, but the trainers met me exactly where I was. They’ve provided alternatives and modifications when needed, while still challenging me to grow stronger at my own pace. I was nervous about returning, but the trainers and the community here have been so incredibly supportive—they even did my birthday burpees for me when I couldn’t be there!
Burn Boot Camp O’Fallon isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. I’m so thankful I joined and can’t imagine my fitness journey without this place!

I have been a member at a few others gyms but nothing compares to Burn Boot Camp!! I joined with only knowing two friends. Now every camp I'm getting a great work out with the most supportive community! I am in my second year and feeling amazing! The trainers are amazing and are always there for you with modifications if need be. Camp is always so much fun even on the hard days!! This is the best stress relief!!

Wonderful place to get in shape both physically and mentally! My wife has been going here since it opened and the trainers, staff and customers are a big community and a rock of support. They are family. The atmosphere inspires you to do you best in all aspects! I was so inspired after my wife in great shape at 45 years old was hospitalized with Covid, on a ventilator, in a comma for 6 days, open heart surgery, and everyone at the burn reached out to help! I was so overwhelmed with the sense of community, I had to join and I love it! If you are looking for more than a gym, this is your place to be inspired to do your best. I walk out every time with the biggest smile on my face. Thanks to the entire burn community and since my wife was in great shape, Burn Boot Camp was a great contributor to my wife’s survival and on her road to recovery!

Seriously the nicest, most supportive group of people you will meet and the most amazing trainers!
I love working out with the other members in a small group setting. I also love the new workouts every week & just showing up and having the trainers tell me what to do!
Burn also always keeps it fun. They are constantly doing fun challenges, events etc every month.
You also get free monthly focus meetings & free child watch.

Burn gave me the perfect formula to get in shape in my 50s in the most efficient, fun, and safe way possible. The bouncy floor makes a huge difference in minimizing wear and tear on my joints, and the workouts are extremely efficient, cleverly planned and varied. The trainers and fellow members motivate me every day, and there is such a sense of welcome and belonging. I started with just a simple goal of showing up, but over time, the nutritional advice, monthly focus meetings, and small decisions to make lifestyle changes here and there added up to a huge impact in my life. Burn is an amazing community. I joined back in January of 2023 on the urging of one of my soccer teammates and fellow Burn member. I was unsure what to expect, I've done gyms before but never seemed to stay motivated to continue going, so I just tried their one month trial. By the end of that month I was hooked. I love the variety of the workouts and the aspect of not having to figure out what exercises I'm going to do that day.
The trainers are amazing. They know when you need to be pushed, when you are having a bad day and will help you modify the exercises when you are injured so you still get the most out of the workout.
There is this great since of community when you walk through the doors. I had major surgery at the end of 2023 and Burn was such a big part of my recovery to where I am today. To this day, both trainers and members check on me if they notice that I'm struggling during a camp.

I am going on two years as a member (in December) and have well over 500 workouts under my belt there. To say I love this place is an understatement. I’ve even got my husband to join, even though he was reluctant after the first free workout. He ended up trying out a promo and fell in love with the community.
45 minute workouts that are highly effective, childcare, scheduled times, supportive trainers and BAs, community that shows up, what more could you want? It took me a while to join because I was unsure if it was “worth it” but it’s more than worth it.

The trainers really get to know you and help keep you accountable with whatever your goals may be. 2 years down with no end in sight. I love not having to think about my workout schedule or try to come up with my own routine. Update 9/24/35! Being at Burn for over a year now has 100% changed my confidence levels and way of thinking. Instead of saying I can’t do this, I try my best and will fail but will also push myself to succeed! The trainers are the absolute best and push me and everyone else to be the best they can be. When I first heard about Burn I knew this was exactly what I needed every time I went to the gym by myself I never knew what I was supposed to be doing and felt extremely overwhelmed and disappointed when I would leave. With burn they show you exactly what you’re supposed to be doing during every workout and help you throughout the entire class. This is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself! I was nervous being new in class and everyone welcomed me immediately and made me feel part of the family, the trainers are amazing and really push you to do your best. I love starting my day this way and I look forward to class every day and can’t wait to keep seeing more improvement!!
Update: it’s been 7 months now since I’ve been at burn ofallon. I am stronger than ever I am happier than ever and I am healthier than ever. I started my fitness journey at Burn Boot Camp in January 2024. I was 10 months postpartum with my son and was looking for a place to workout without having to worry about child care. I tried it out with a promo they had going on and knew I had found my place after the 2nd camp I attended. The staff was so welcoming and I loved knowing my son was close by if he needed me.
The child care staff are amazing! They knew my son by name within the first few weeks attending camps. I was so nervous to be leaving him with strangers, but within the first few weeks he was okay with me handing him off to the child care workers without a problem. It has become a routine for both of us and I enjoy my 45 minutes of “me time” each day.
All of the trainers are amazing and learn your name quickly. They are extremely helpful if you need to modify workouts or if you have questions.
The workouts are tough and different every week which I love! Each week there is a protocol for the week that is posted on their Instagram which helps prepare me for the week ahead. I know what to expect when I walk in to the gym so I can come prepared. I really love that all equipment is already set out so there is no time wasted getting into the workout.
The place is always super clean. The floors are alway vacuumed and the child care room is always in great condition.
I have been a member at Burn for over a year now and I still enjoy going to camp each day. Overall, Burn Boot Camp is a great place to workout!

Burn is something special. I became a member the 1st time in February of 2020 and was a member for almost 18 months and then went to explore other gyms/thinking I could do it on my own. Well as fun as the experience it was nothing quite compared to the atmosphere of Burn. Which is why I rejoined in January of 2025! Just couldn't stay away! The people, the trainers and the workouts are just top notch! I love the accountability and 45 minutes that I don’t have to process adulting. Burn does it all. Designs, sets up, and moves us through camp. I just show up, move my body, and celebrate the day. 💙💪💙💪
And bonus, when I do have to adult, like buy a new house, move, and paint. I can do it!
Well, it’s now been over 5 years and 1100+ camps and I still love my 4:45am Burn time. It’s a great way to start my days!

If you're looking for a variety in your workouts with trainers who truly care about you, this is your place! It took me over a year to find this gym when I moved to the area (after visiting several others), and I can't believe I've been here for a year. Each day is a different workout (from the prior day) and focuses on different muscle groups. Just in case you're not looking for a workout, the sense of community with the other members is fantastic. I have bounced around trying different gyms, videos, running, you name it I've tried it. I never felt confident with weight training and as I age I can tell that I definitely need to make that my focus. After some constant persuasion from a friend, I gave Burn a try. Within just a few days of my trial, I joined in November of 2024 and haven't regretted it. I love the variety in the classes and the opportunity to have a trainer help with form and offer motivation but also not stand over you for the entire work out. My schedule is constantly changing and I appreciate that if I can't make it at my normal time, I have many options to choose from. The atmosphere is open and welcoming the trainers and employees make it a point to know you and other campers do as well. I highly recommend anyone to who is looking to be consistent, wants to get stronger and healthier and is looking for motivation to give Burn a try, you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to burn for three years now, this gym has truly changed my life and has made me physically stronger along with mentally stronger. Burn has given me the confidence to be happy in my own skin, wear what I want, and put myself first. it’s more than just a gym, it’s also a community. Even on your bad days, I get to start my morning with smiles and high-fives and an overall welcoming presense, which ultimately makes those bad times turn into good days. I have absolutely loved every minute of going to Burn. I have tried out multiple locations and the O’Fallon team is truly the best. They push you to be your best and to leave nothing on the floor. However, they will never push you to injury and are great at offering modifications for anything you might need. Besides trying multiple Burn locations, I have tried a ridiculous amount of gyms and this one is by far the most welcoming…you’ll never regret showing up.

Burn Boot Camp has changed my mental & physical health for the better! I did not workout for 6+ years due to health problems but one day decided sitting and doing nothing was only going to make me sicker so I decided to join Burn after a few family members told me about it. I was hesitant at first because I thought a “boot camp” would be too hard for my sick body. But the trainers met me where I was and truly worked with me. It REALLY is like working with a personal trainer. I have severe arthritis in my hands and I can’t even hold dumbbells most of the time but EVERY single camp the trainers give me modifications if there is an exercise I can’t do. And no one judges me for doing something different. I am 129 camps in and I can honestly say I feel the best I have felt in 10 years & I am definitely stronger! I highly recommend trying a camp because once you do you will be hooked!

Burn has been incredible for me. I wanted to gain my strength back after having my kiddos and other workout programs were not sticking. Edit 2 to add more (Feb 2025):
I have not been attending Burn regularly for nearly 3 years. In that time, I have lost a net of 50 pounds. I feel confident and strong in almost everything I do. My mindset has shifted from "I do not think I can do that, why even try" to "I want to try that, if I fail, I will keep trying until I can." I know that failure is a part of life and a part of growth, and that with hard work, I can accomplish anything.
My fellow members also help encourage me. I have made many friends here, I know almost everyone who comes into my regular camp time, and if I don't, I try to learn their name and make sure they feel included too. I know how intimidating it can be to come into a place where everyone seems to know each other, but finding a spot to fit in is as easy as talking about how hard the previous workout was, which muscles feel it from prior workouts, or saying what weight you did that last exercise at and how proud you are of it. No one compares themselves and their accomplishments to yours. We will cheer you on doing the heaviest weight you can on any exercise even if it is the lightest weight we have. If you get half the burpees another does on a set, that is amazing! You're not here to be better than the person next to you, but to be better than the person you used to be.
And that leads into one last story: I remember when I first started, we had a finisher that was half burpees, and we had to count how many we got in a minute, and then match it when the next set started. I remember getting 15, modified and elevated. The trainer asked me if I could match that, and I said "not a chance." She then said "you may not believe it yet, but you can. Borrow my belief in you". I got 18. That has stuck out as one of my core memories at Burn, that even when I could not believe in myself, they believed in me. And as a bonus, I can now do nearly 30 in a minute with no modifications.
Editing to add more (Juneish 2023):
I have now been attending for over a year. I saw a ton of progress with my weight loss at the beginning, and then I plateaued. I have been working with the trainers to realign my goals and to set specific things to help achieve them.
But more importantly, I am stronger than I have ever been, both mentally and physically. When I have a rough day, am anxious or depressed or angry, Burn gives me an outlet to work out those feeling sand come out refreshed. Sometimes it is like meditation without having to sit still.
Original (October 2022):
I’ve been attending Burn Boot Camp for almost 6 months now.
It started for me with attending a camp with my sister. I had decided I wanted to lose some weight and she is super in shape and a member. Then she offered to buy me the promotion they had going at the time for a single month for cheaper than a contract. I thought “okay, she is buying it, no harm in going to a few more.”
At first I didn’t really see what the fuss was about. The workouts were tough, yeah, but I didn’t see why she LOVED the place. But I’m a bit of an introvert. But once I started talking to more regulars at the times I usually attend, it became more and more like a family.
Now I can see it. The energy keeps you motivated and when you feel like you can’t, someone will tell you that you can. Everyone is there to achieve a goal and they inspire you to meet yours too.

I have been a member at Burn-Ofallon for a little over 5 years and have never once regretted joining this community. I initially joined this gym to challenge myself and have some consistency in my workout schedule, but now it is so much more. During my time as a member here I have gotten engaged, married, pregnant, and now a first time mom. Training during each of those milestones looked very different, but thanks to the amazing trainers and staff, I was supported and given modifications to challenge myself in new/safe ways.

Burn Bootcamp has changed my life for the better in countless ways. I signed up for a 6mo membership in April and set a goal to go 3x/ week. Before the end of my contract I knew I was locked in and signed up for the longest plan available. My day is always improved after I attend camp whether it’s in the morning or evening. The trainers and members are incredibly supportive and encouraging no matter what your skill level is. There’s always a mod or alternative exercise you can do, just don’t stop moving or trying! When I moved to Lake St. Louis I knew right away I needed to join a gym. I joined a local gym and felt like it was missing something. COMMUNITY. I did a 7 day trial over a year ago- Then after many texts with their promotions from ofallon burn I finally pulled the trigger and joined! I have seen progress in the short time I’ve been a member and I also see my mental health has also increased significantly. Being a postpartum mom is hard enough but having a community that gets it makes the hard days easier. Having trainers that listen and know your why of being there helps with the accountability too. When I first walked into Burn Boot Camp I was nervous, anxious, scared, and excited for the chance to try it out. My youngest was 9 years old and I was ready to take care of ME! Burn Boot Camp has allowed me to have 45 minutes a day to dedicate to myself and has taught me that I am stronger than I ever thought possible! The trainers are amazing and always find new ways to level you up! If you have ever been on the fence about a gym, check this place out. It is like none other. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and encouraging. It’s like cheers, everyone knows your name. The workouts are a challenge. But they encourage you to focus on your hardest version giving modifications for harder and easier. The trainers truly care about you as a person and encourage you to reach your goals. Over 725 workouts done and not one has been the same! I have never been stronger both mentally or physically thanks to burn.
Updating my review: I have been a member for over 4 years now. I just had my 4th baby at 36. I was able to workout daily my entire pregnancy up until the day I had my daughter. The trainers kept the workouts safe and challenging as my pregnancy progressed. Always offering modifications where needed. My labor and delivery were easy. My post partum recovery was better than when I had my other kids in my 20s. Being a “geriatric” pregnancy, I was concerned about how I would recover. My doctor said it is because I was so active during my pregnancy thanks to Burn. During first two camps back this week, the trainers checked in and asked if I needed any modifications based on being 6 weeks post partum. This place is more than a gym. It is something I didn’t know I needed. No matter the fitness level, they meet you where you are. I can’t wait to continue my journey with them.

I joined the gym in September 2020 after getting stir crazy during Covid. Several of my friends kept raving about it so finally I went and tried it out. I was hooked. I’ve been at Burn Boot Camp for a while now. When I started I struggled with body image issues and feeling like I wouldn’t get my confidence back. I was at my heaviest January of 2020 and saw pictures of myself from our annual New Year’s Eve party I didn’t realize how much weight I had actually put on. I knew I needed to make a change. The moment I stepped into Burn Boot Camp I felt right at home. My first camp was a cardio day it was tough but I was ready for more. This is so much more than a gym. I was in a car accident that left me limited in my abilities. I suffered a major concussion as well as injuries to my left wrist and elbow that led to multiple surgeries. I wasn’t sure how to best workout anymore. I heard about Burn boot camp and how the trainers were amazing at modifications. So, I told myself I’d join until I got an idea of how to workout with my new normal, and then I’d go back to working out at home - because I never considered myself a ‘gym person.’ Well, that was three years ago and I and still going to Burn! My Burn home is in Lake Zurich, Illinois, but I've visited the O'Fallon location a couple times now when I am down in STL traveling for work. I've been to a few other Burns across the country, and aside from my hometown Burn, Burn O'Fallon is my fav! Everyone is just so darn nice and friendly! Never in my life have I felt so much love, encouragement & motivation by people I may or may not know! Once on the floor everyone is rooting for you regardless of your fitness level! Coming back to the workout/fitness life after having my 3 beautiful children was hard, scary and sometimes defeating but the trainers make sure you’re lifting correctly and safely! I started burn in October and have been addicted ever since! I love that the workouts are 45 minutes and there is childcare for my baby. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and somehow everyone remembers your name! There’s also personalized help during the workouts as well which I love. Burn is like no other gym you’ve ever been to, I promise. This is truly a judgment free zone filled with individuals who support one another. Like a lot of people, I’ve done my fair share of gym hopping over the years; never really finding a place that I felt comfortable or supported. It turns out my body was NOT done with me after birthing 4 children! I thought I was just trying to lose some baby weight and get motivated. Gyms completely intimidated me and I wasn't a huge fan of a high5. I've never lifted before and I'm not a natural athlete. Burn workouts and trainers have shown me that I'm capable of WAY more than I thought. I've found my people that joke around and still work so incredibly hard. Burn has transformed my life. Not only has it improved my physical well being, but my mental health as well. I was hesitant about joining Burn at first. But all that changed with my free trial. I felt welcomed and I felt seen. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so supportive and sees every person as an individual working toward individual goals. You need to modify an exercise - no problem. You want an additional challenge - no problem. Health guidance is also terrific - as it is guidance and not a spelled out diet plan as once again, Burn recognizes our individuality. The one thing that surprised me about my membership that I often use the universal membership . I thought it was something I did not need. I was so wrong. With my work schedule, I often go to a gym closer to my work. It’s not only convenient and I find I actually USE my membership as a result, but it really has become my second home gym. People there are just as supportive and know me by name. I encourage you to check out Burn. The free camps and trials are helpful to determine if this is for you, and there is no pressure when you attend. This is the first workout gym I have actually stuck to a routine and actually enjoy going to 3-6 times a week.
