Scam of a company. No discount for a gym partner. Charges late fees. Extra expensive for having a sauna that most gyms don't have while everything else is out of date. Went to club for about a year or two, decided to cancel after prices went up for the 20th time. Thought I had canceled on the self serve screen, couple months later I owe them $200 after getting a call from them. Go in to pay and cancel, they tell me they’ll give me a call in a week. I get a call in a week, not from them but a law firm/debt collector. Paid the $200 and who knows if I’ll get another call in a month. Great gym otherwise, would highly recommend if this lil situation didn’t happen, cool’s staff aswell

I've been going here a long time. They should add more benches. It's a nice gym. The staff is very nice. It has what you need to get a great workout in, but it seems to be missing benches and a few free weights. The 12 weights, for example. Many of the other gyms have received a bit of an upgrade. Would be nice if they did that here, too.

As others have stated, they will ignore membership cancellations. I had a membership for years and now attempting to cancel. If you follow the steps, they don’t provide (or even say they will provide) any confirmation of your submission, wait 30 days and they will keep charging your account. It is illegal. I have notified my bank and will sue this company if needed. Beware of this company

This company makes it impossible to cancel membership. Years after diligent monthly payments we decided to cancel because my husband got free membership through work. I was told to go and cancel it via terminal in the facility that gives you no paper confirmation that it was cancelled. It said thats the membership was cancelled but still needs 30 days to process. Then they keep charging you even after 30 days, if you refuse to pay, they send you to collections agency that is very rude - when you try to argue they are asking for a paper proof that the terminal in facility does not give. This is called extortion. Please stay away from this business.

To upgrade your membership, you have to go to the gym and scan a QR code.. Thats ridiculous and waste of time. So I have to drive to a gym, just to Scan a QR code but I cant upgrade my membership through the app? Why are you wasting people's time just to upgrade? They're trying to pay MORE money but first they have to drive to the gym just to scan something?.. Get a better process

This gym has gotten to unsanitary over the past year. Reaks terribly and staff seems to be aloof. Mens sauna and restroom is a virus and bacteria breeding ground. Quite upset about them rising the prices all the time but wont put out the time to invest in a sanitary environment.

I’ve been going to this gym for 3 years and have noticed the sanitation and maintenance of the gym has drastically declined. Management seems to have neglected this gym. This gym now has an off putting smell and bathrooms are disgusting. The saunas are infested with bacteria that smells worse than the sewer. The gym wothdrawls money every month for my membership but fails to put any of it towards maintaining a clean gym. The price has increase for the gym membership the the care for the gym has not. I have always LOVED this gym. I signed with them as it was being built! I use multiple locations. HOWEVER, this location drastically needs new staff. The bathroom/locker rooms are continuously disgusting and never cleaned. When you tell staff or send in an email nothing happens. They haven't had a real manager in probably 6 months and it shows. The staff are constantly just standing at the front counter on phones not working. When the young lady goes in to clean the bathroom she sits on the counter for 20 minutes on her phone not cleaning.

These people they sell you combination lock for $10 and than they go to your locker cutt your lock with bolt cutters and they remove with out even calling you to inform you about it,good thing my locker was empty by the time I got back to gym someone could take something out of my locker the number of locker was 3 my yearly membership expiring Dec 1 and I am not coming back for sure first time training here and last $390 a year I paid in full

Deceptive company and I fell for it. They hide 3 month cancellation fee in their contract and don't tell you about it during the sign up. Basically when you go to cancel be prepared to pay 100$. I really wanted to workout here and tried multiple different times in the evenings to go but the equipment was always taken by people on their phones. When you would ask if you could use it, they would be arrogant and say they were using it. Also got tired of people saving equipment by putting their things on multiple equipment and if you move it they got aggressive. The clubs now cater to the high school / college crowed only. They should strictly enforce a no phone policy....Especially in the locker rooms!!

Staff is always friendly both when entering and leaving. Facility is always clean. They play modern music. Lots of televisions playing various programs for those who are using the treadmill/cardio machines. I personally enjoy the fact that they have multiple squat racks and the types of equipment to get a full body workout despite what type of exercise goals you may have.

And I don't care for the music they put on, but they have to keep up with the times I guess, plus what I listen to doesn't make it on the radio often anyway (90's-00's metal). Just moved to Webster Groves and I tried going to the Maplewood Club Fitness. But they just didn't have all the machines the other locations had that I usually use. So I started going to this location. Not only do they have all the equipment I need, but the place is very clean and the workers are very helpful. Definitely switching to this Club Fitness for good.

Gym is nice, but the mens locker room is not well regularly maintained. I understand with it being a 24 HR gym that it won't be clean all the time, as staffing wont be available every hour of the day, but no matter when I go, the dressing area always has trash laying around. The sauna has had the same piece of chewed gum laying on the floor for the last month, the shower floors feel like they havent been cleaned in awhile, and Ive noticed an almost rotting moldy, mildewy odor when using the showers. Would give it a better review if the gym wasn't so consistently unkept.
