Very impressed with this studio & instructors. As a former fitness provider, struggling with some physiological issues, I felt very welcomed from day one. I was provided with great advice from Lynn on my first day "trust the wait list". I have had no issues navigating the app & accessing classes as I continue to re-explore this exercise modality for my 62 y/o changing body. Instructors are welcoming & knowledgeable & I appreciate their acceptance & suggestions of modifications when I encounter a "move" that my body is questioning. After only 2 weeks, I'm starting to feel more confident. My initial instructor Jin definitely set the tone for my comfort level & Tisha & Angela have been really lovely as well. I look forward to progressing & meeting the other instructors.

I have had the best experience at Club Pilates. The intro class was perfect to get me comfortable with the reformer. I was nervous for my first class, reformer flow 1, but Shelby was awesome. She had such a nice demeanor, and I was perfectly able to follow right along with the class with no problem. I have no prior experience with any of the terminology but that was not an issue at all. This was such an awesome workout and was easy on my back. I do not consider the price to be to high considering you are getting very intimate and professional classes. I highly recommend!

I’ve been twice now when I’ve been in town and it’s been a great spot to get a workout! I really appreciate being able to take single classes when I’m visiting family without having a full on membership.
So far I’ve only taken the level 1 class but it’s been a challenging workout; the instructors are great at explaining at each move. As someone who hadn’t taken Pilates previously (on a reformer) it’s helpful for getting into each move.
I leave feeling strong and empowered!
Also gotta say Lynn who runs the text line is fabulous, friendly, and helpful!

Such an amazing location and great facilities. I have loved getting into Pilates and my awesome instructor here has made it so fun with her extensive knowledge and attention to every muscle movement and breath. Totally recommend Club Pilates even for beginners! Thanks Megan :)

"Great Senior Pilates Class. The excellent instructors can help you identify spot fixes especially if you talk to them about where it is uncomfortable or where something hurts before you start.
Its like people taking golf lessons after they have been playing a long time. We start developing bad habits. Pilates lessons help us identify bad habits and fix them. Our bodies always try to compensate for discomfort and so the bad habit begins..
There is never a fear of falling even though there is improvement going on in our balance due to our core strength improvements.
All in all this is a great chance for seniors to improve strength which improves our quality of life."

I had never done Pilates before taking a class with Jennifer. The movements actually felt good, and didn’t seem challenging compared to traditional weight lifting and conditioning workouts so it made me wonder the effects Pilates has on the body. The next morning after my workout is when I felt the effects of Pilates, my muscles were sore all over from the low impact full body workout. Pilates is definitely a workout for everybody, regardless of age, strength, or stamina. As a former college athlete I also highly recommend Pilates to athletes especially to baseball and hockey players. Jennifer from Club Pilates is also a certified nutritionist and put me on a meal plan that has increased my quality of life.

I love this place and Candice. I cannot recommend anything better if looking into pilates. Although, for me personally, pilates is not the most affordable way to go. But if you can, this is the place to go and do personal training with Candice.
