There are no class times and no appointments needed - you can drop in whenever it fits your schedule.
With a focus on fun and providing the best form of cardio, Combat Cardio KC will leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and less stressed—nothing beats punching and kicking to relieve some stress!
The best part is every membership includes a qualified personal trainer—at no extra cost. Unlike other gyms, you won’t need to book appointments or pay extra for professional guidance. Our trainers are always there, ensuring you get the most out of your workout every time.

Mitch is an outstanding coach. He is a wellspring of information.
The training is top-notch the equipment and the space are well-maintained.
And for the price you can't beat the wealth of information and you can come train an unlimited amount.
Speaking from personal experience having trained in various gyms and dojos over the years.

I have never seen a business model like they have instituted before. You are getting far more than what you pay for at combat cardio.

Can't say enough good things about Combat Cardio! I started back in April after a scheduling a free workout with Mitch. I never did any sort of combat sports before joining, but knew I needed to get back into the gym and build a routine. Mitch and Michael are great trainers and really know how to guide you step-by-step while learning the routines. Not only the workout routine, but they will help you build a diet routine as well.

The convenience of Combat Cardio is what made this gym the best fit for me. It takes roughly 40 minutes from start to finish. This makes it a great option for folks with busy schedules. However, if you want to stay a little longer to you are always more than welcome. Mitch and Michael will even write you up a couple rounds of focused lifting if that is what you are looking for.

Since I joined Combat Cardio back in April, I have lost 30 pounds and my resting/walking heart rate has dropped 10-15 bpm! I feel much better overall and I owe it all to Mitch and Michael at Combat Cardio!

I highly recommend scheduling a free workout at the very least and giving it a try. It could be a life changing decision!

Came looking to lose some weight and found a community. The trial session with Tee was life changing. Going into it I was nervous about having zero boxing experience. Tee quickly picked up on that and asked me my favorite song to get me to loosen up. She proceeded to teach me how to throw all the punches needed to finish a workout. I’m sure they were all terrible but she motivated me to keep going and made sure I was having fun. Before I knew it I was covered in sweat and just had the most fun workout ever. Signed up immediately! Couldn’t believe I could get a solid workout in so little time. I later got the opportunity to workout with Mitch and Michael, while all having different training styles the workouts remained fun and challenging. Mitch will have you motivated enough to run through a wall. Michael will have you believe you could actually get into a ring and go a round with a pro fighter. I’m now down 20lbs and counting. My mental on weight loss has changed and something we promote around the gym is to “Live your Truth” which to me means to be conscious about your actions but allow yourself to make mistakes. If you’re still reading this I hope to see you in the gym!

I have been going to combat cardio for about 4 months and it is the best gym i've ever been to. I always look forward to going in and learning something I didn't know before. Mitch and Tiana always keep up a great energy that welcomes all. I've always had a bit of gym anxiety but this is the first gym I can say I am truly a part of. I have been going to combat cardio kc for 2 months now and it's truly such a great place to be and the people are the best to be surrounded by. Mitch and Tiana always bring positive energy and get the whole gym pumped. They are also very helpful with improving posture, helping you eat the right stuff, target your fitness goals, the list goes on and on. And it's more than just boxing and working out and a gym, everyone, rather it be Mitch and Tiana, or the members, they all really care and are personable. Fantastic gym experience! I was at another gym stuck in a rut for 2 years with minimal progress towards my goals. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and you always know what to expect coming in. Functional body movement type exercises, lots of glove work, and an authentically educational workout. You can’t leave a session with Tiana or Mitchell without their positivity rubbing off on you. On a practical note, the workouts are effective and exhausting. When you go at your pace, it has the potential to be a good workout for athletes of any caliber. Gotta love the flexibility of no classes scheduled either, I can come anytime it’s open. Highly recommend

I walked into the building not knowing what it was or what i could be. Being able to train under both Mitch and Tiana has been a dream come true for me. They won't just kick your butt in training either. They will give you a whole grocery shopping list full of foods in order to build your body the correct way. Mitch is so awesome, he is even teaching me how to walk properly with good posture and everything. I love this place and the people and i don't ever want this to end.

This is definitely the funnest form of cardio you'll ever experience! My fiance and I have been frequent attendees since the Grand openin at the beginning of this month. Mitchell is an incredible coach who will push you to your limits while keeping you motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout.

I really like that I can get in and out in just over half an hour and feel like I did so much. Such a great way to burn calories, build strength, and become more functional! If you're looking for a dynamic and effective workout, Combat Cardio KC is the place to be! Would highly recommend!

I've been to countless gyms and always fell off my routines. I then started to workout with Mitchell doing combat cardio before he opened the gym and I paid him per session for 3 years. Now I pay per month for essentially the same service. He is an amazing trainer but an even better nutrition coach. I've lost over 100 lbs since 2021 and I have sustained my health thanks to combat cardio and his book Healthy Made Easy. I also know his sister Tiana, and they are both local gems!
