I love going to COCF. Great gym with fun people. No matter what time of day I go I get greeted by friendly people, get great coaching, and am encouraged. I started coming here almost 6 years ago when I was still pretty new to Sullivan and met a lot of friends and have seen a lot of improvement in my physical condition. I am never pushed past my capabilities, but encouraged to grow my skills and strength in a safe and fun manner. I have witnessed coaching of people at all ability levels and with all sorts of disabilities and people always leave with a smile and a great workout.

My kids and I both workout at COCF. They are really good at modifying for injuries and helping you to focus on particular things. They’ve worked with my son in regard to wrestling, helping him make weight, strengthening his grip and building up that cardio endurance. They have helped my daughter with focusing on her upper body strength to improve her Lyra routines. This place is not all about Rx performance.

The time Kyle takes to work with me is great! I can’t do the traditional CrossFit workouts due to having issues with my ankle. He is able to modify workouts for me that don’t cause me any pain. Kyle is also very patient with me. I love the cohesiveness of the gym members. It’s a great place for me to go because I always feel welcome!!! Thank you for that!

This is my place! These are my people! I have never been athletic or even interested in working out. I am stronger than I've ever been and every day I can't wait for the next! It's a great atmosphere with lots of support on the hardest of days. I have not so good knees and Kyle modifies workouts that could further injure them. So considerate and encouraging!
