CoxHealth Fitness Center at Cox North, located on the corner of Jefferson and Lynn in Springfield, offers the services, facilities, and classes you need to meet your fitness goals. This three-floor, 18,000-square-foot facility includes saunas in each locker room plus equipment from the top names in fitness, including Precor, Life Fitness, Cybex, and Concept II. This location also has Personal Training available as well as access to our Registered Dietitian for a variety of Nutrition Services. 24 hour gym. Perfect for night owls with plenty of equipment. There are three floors with many choices on each. Showers are pretty large and the sauna is nice after workouts.

Sehr gutes Sportstudio allerdings muss Maske getragen werden. Nicht gerade gut wenn man mit schweren Gewichten arbeitet! Hat so ziemlich alles was man zum trainieren braucht! Vorallendingen sehr sauber.

I've been going to this Gym for several years. I don't know how it compares to other gyms when it comes to equipment, but, the workers here are all very friendly and nice. I go to a class at the gym and I would say it is one of my favorite parts of life.

You never have to fight for a machine and the equipment is well maintained and cleaned. Much better than some other fitness centers I've seen in town. Plus they're open 24/7.
