I have been a member of this gym since the very beginning so this community has been a part of my life for 15 years. The support and encouragement I get has fueled my fitness and health journey, and allows me to adapt as needed as I get older. 26 fitness is the most fun you can have while working out. If you are just getting started or are a seasoned gym goer this is the place for you. The people are friendly, the coaches are amazing and helpful. There are movements for every ability and I know because I am almost 60. There are always fun challenges and a licensed dietitians to help you reach your goals or maintain your sexy. Come give this place a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I've been a member here for two years and what I love most about this gym is how accessible they make the workouts. Some gyms set a high bar for what they expect you to be able to do, or how hard they think you should be able to work. I feel that Two Six is really wonderful in providing different options for movements so that you can scale for where you need to be that day, while taking into account whatever injuries you've had in the past or whatever might be aching you today. I get feedback in every class from the coaches, the class times are easy to fit in my schedule, and the location is central to my commute. It makes it easy to stick to a routine here

Walked into CrossFit 26 two years ago and did “Christmas in July” & it’s been a gift that keeps on giving! What a diverse, inclusive & respectful community. No clique, no cult; just a wonderful group of individuals. The coaches are some of the best in the industry; knowledgeable, attentive, intuitive and grounded. Highly recommend!

I have been going to 26 Fitness for nearly five years. It’s a very comfortable and inclusive gym. It is truly for anyone of any age and skill or fitness level, and all of the workouts can be scaled to what your body needs. A bonuses at the owner is a registered dietitian and does nutrition coaching as well as nutrition challenges. It is also a very philanthropic gym that regularly supports local non profits .

I joined Two Six in January and have loved the community and thrived under the coaching. I’m able to do things now that didn’t seem possible when I first joined. I dropped in here for a couple workouts while visiting STL. It's a nice, super spacious gym with a solid variety of equipment -- everything you'd need. The coaches were very throrough with warm-ups, workout prep, and discussing strategy for the workouts. Classes were small at 6:45am, which I prefer. It stood out to me how one coach was telling me about other local gyms to try out; it's obvious they have love for the CF community and not just their own business. Solid folks all-around!

Joining CrossFit 26 has been a beneficial experience. From the on-ramp process to the first class that I participated in, the staff at CrossFit 26 has been attentive and supportive of me and my fitness goals. Each instructor has taken the time to get to know me, my strengths, and weaknesses, and takes time to affirm the things I do well while strategically helping me correct the things that need work.
The other class participants are just as friendly and helpful as the instructors. When I began, I was tentative and wondered how people would perceive me. My fears were put to rest after the first week. The other class participants are encouraging and supportive.
Daily I am challenged to dig deep and achieve more than I did the day before through a welcoming and supportive environment.

Can't say enough good things about this place, I reached out to Kim because I'm searching for a new CrossFit box closer to home after my recent move. She invited me to drop in this morning for their 8:15 class led by Gary, I had alot of fun and the workout programming was fantastic both Kim and Gary are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and are quick to make you feel like part of the group even if you are just visiting, I have to say even if I don't end up choosing this box as my new home I will definitely drop in again some day

I would never have imagined I would be attending
CrossFit classes at age 60! As one of the most
“out of shape” members, I still feel welcome, even
by the long-time, experienced CF members. I always
leave with the best feeling, proud to have accomplished
the workout. Elizabeth & Kim are very helpful &
knowledgeable at recommending alternative moves
when you are unable to do what is in the workout.

26 is a closely knit box of members from all backgrounds and physical abilities. They all come together in support of each other to better themselves in and out of the gym. Whether a drop in, new member or lifelong 26’r you are welcomed and supported one and the same. I’ve been to boxes all around the country and have not seen this duplicated at the same level as 26. They are truly committed to the ideals of which CrossFit was created.

I've had such a great experience in all of my classes. This gym really takes time to make sure movements are performed correctly with proper technique, while also giving ample time to stretch and mobilize prior to moving. The volume of the workouts are appropriate, and there are always scaling option available for any individual. I highly recommend anyone in the area to try CrossFit 26.

Staying fit and healthy is a must and i found out at this place you can do both without feeling "less than". The staff is very helpful and encouraging. The music is great and motivating when your pushing through that last round lol the atmosphere is great the WODs are great...you'll just have a overalll GREAT experience! CrossFit 26 has been a wonderful experience for me. It is a caring community that supports me in my endeavors to get fitter. Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone who is simply trying to get fitter and healthier CrossFit 26 is a great place for you. Not only are the workouts beneficial but the community is a great source for information on nutrition and an overall healthy lifestyle . As someone who is 65 years young and not quite as limber as I once was I can attest to the fact that the Coaches work to make a meaningful work out for people of the full range of skills.

am a little over 3 weeks into the "mens group". Honestly, had doubts before starting. I was wrong. Always have the feeling that Elizabeth is focused and interested in our individual technique(s) as well as our progression. I think that makes all the difference. I think most of the the guys in my group seem to feel the same way. I don't know about other crossfit places, but I suspect they vary a bit depending on ownership etc. I can see why people stay with one once they find a really good one. I am pretty sure I have found mine.

I have told all of my friends about CrossFit 26 and would strongly recommend becoming a member to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and challenging workout that is different each day. CrossFit 26 is truly designed around the people who workout there; I am new to crossfit (about three weeks in) and I had an incredible drop-in experience at CrossFit 26. I worked with Mike, Elizabeth, and Jen who were all extremely helpful and modified each and every workout to fit me. The CrossFit 26 family makes sure you have a challenging and diverse workout that is individualized to you to help you meet your own personal goals. Along with that, the community feel at CrossFit 26 is something I have not found at any other gym and they made me feel like a part of their crew, even though I was a drop-in. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in STL.

I discovered cross fit outside stl but when I go back to visit, I always come here because they post the workouts two days in advance and because the people here are awesome. I am a student in florida and have seen a few gym around the US and this is not the prettiest one but it is definitely one of the most genuine. they have pregger classes and open gym every weekend which is awesome. and try to name another cross fit gym that is open on sundays. There are hardcore lifters and there are beginners, but they all put in the work here to get better. thank you CF26 for helping me out!

Before I joined Crossfit26, I had never done Crossfit style workouts. I looked all around STL at different gyms and Crossfit26 has the BEST intro program. Most the other gyms have one or two into classes, but at Crossfit26 you get 8 intro classes. The reason for this is the owners, Mike and E, want to make sure you know how to properly perform all the movements before you join the actual classes.
Other then the intro classes, the community at the gym is incredible. If it is your first time, the coach makes sure to have everyone introduce themselves. Mike and E do a great job of making everyone feel welcome. They set up gym outings to help get the members and coaches to interact with one another outside the gym. All the coaches and other members are great people and want to see you succeed.
You go to CF26 for a great workout, but you end up staying for the experience and community.

I started at CrossFit 26 a little over one year ago and cannot even explain in words how grateful I am for Mike and Elizabeth. I've hit numbers I never thought were possible, but most importantly, I've become part of the friendliest, most caring group of people I've ever met. This old school CrossFit box is not only the number one place to get in a great workout, but if you ask me (or anyone in there), it's the most tight-knit community of any box in the area. 26 has become part of my life and life's never been better! Give it a shot and you'll be hooked!

Just passing through the area, I dropped Mike a line and they were gracious enough to let me come to get my w.o.d in. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the program they have going on at 26. It’s a great space with even better people, everyone was genuinely interested in hearing a bit about yourself as they introduced themselves. The training program was top notch as well. They have a very pragmatic way of going about things, warming up with helpful critiques on your technique to get you ready for the day’s w.o.d, which certainly did not disappoint. New or veteran to crossfit, I would certainly recommend Crossfit 26.

As much as I love doing CrossFit, a hard workout and a good sweat, the people at CrossFit 26 are really what kept me coming back. Mike and E have supported and encouraged my family through many different phases of life (new baby, new business ventures, new jobs, etc.) and we are incredibly grateful to them. I would encourage anyone to try this gym out just to meet the people there alone. If you want to get your butt kicked in a hard workout, you can pretty much do that anywhere including a 24 hour fitness/ club fitness, but what you won't find anywhere else is the incredible community that CF26 offers.

I joined CrossFit 26 in Jan 2012; this was the first time I had ever lifted a weight in a gym. Walking into CrossFit 26 that first day, I was feeling a bit intimidated and thought that CrossFit was only for the super-fit. I couldn't have been more wrong. The trainers at CrossFit 26 are very welcoming and motivating. They WANT you to succeed. By scaling the workouts to my level, Mike, E and the crew see to it that I keep up with the other more experienced CrossFitters. Can't wait for the day when I'm doing the workouts RX'd! I know that I'll get there with the support of CrossFit 26.
