I recently joined CrossFit Achieve, and it was a great decision. I stopped going to my old box because of an injury (not CrossFit-related) and a lack of motivation. I started attending three times a week to regain consistency, and even though I wasn’t very motivated at first, things changed quickly.
After connecting with the coaches and the community, I switched to the unlimited membership and now really enjoy the box. Everyone is very welcoming—from Rachel, the owner, to the most important part of CrossFit: the members and coaches.
I highly recommend this box. Give it a chance—you won’t regret it.

I've been thinking about joining Crossfit for a few years, but I was nervous. I wasn't sure if I could do it. I totally didn't need to be nervous, though. Rachel and team took the time to build up my knowledge and give me a great foundation before I started classes. I was able to adjust the workouts to my capabilites and still push myself. After only 2 months I already feel stronger and have more energy.
The coaches and my classmates are AMAZING. Everyone is genuinely fun, supportive and kind. I instantly felt comfortable in class.
I HIGHLY recommend. Would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could! My only regret was not starting sooner.

I’m ~2 months into rediscovering Crossfit after a 5+ year lay off and I couldn’t be happier the coaching and community of CF Achieve. Bri ran my on-ramp and the other coaches have been great at getting me back up to speed and making sure I’m comfortable with everything.
When I left Crossfit it was to focus on long endurance training/races, and I was little worried about how I’d do re-introducing strength and shorter harder workouts. I shouldn’t have been. I may not be as strong as I was, but I can already tell it’s coming back and I feel great!
Every bit as important as the coaching is the community, which is top notch. Folks are friendly, encouraging, and very inviting! I’ve reunited with a few friends and made new ones. I couldn’t be happier with CF Achieve and look forward to every workout I’m able to go to.

It is always nerve wracking joining a new gym. At CrossFit Achieve, all of the coaches and members are so welcoming making it feel like you’ve been a member forever. The workouts are scalable to every fitness level and the additional nutritional advice makes getting back into shape attainable. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend CrossFit Achieve!
After a few years of fitness downtime, I was looking for help to restart a consistent fitness routine and focus on a healthier lifestyle. A friend recommended I call Rachel at CrossFit Achieve. I wish I would have made the call months ago.
I signed up for the Foundations program where I could work with Rachel and Gavin on learning the basic movements and orientation of the gym. After two weeks, I was ready to start transitioning into classes. Another major plus to the Foundations program is Rachel helped set a nutrition plan.
Still early in my fitness journey with CFA but I am already seeing clear progress on my goals. I am building consistent fitness habits, I am conscious of my basic nutrition needs, and I am seeing & feeling physical results.

CFA is fantastic! I started with Foundations (combo of fitness and nutrition coaching) in May, and have been extremely happy with how Rachel, Bri, and all of the coaches have helped me. The members are fantastic (6:15am crew especially!), so it's motivating and fun to go in. My teens are in the youth class and love it also. I'd recommend CFA for any age or fitness level!

This place is great. I was referred here after just feeling completely de-motivated with my fitness and nutrition routine. I started with Foundations and continued the schedule as planned. The early wake-up is well worth the time and feeling post workout. The coaches are extremely understanding and help meet you where you are. Cross fit and strength training have never been my strength and I feel really motivated to come back after each class. The athletes that attend are also super welcoming and also looking to give you positive vibes - I think I’ll come to appreciate this place more than I know.

After unexpectedly losing my husband, I knew I needed to take control of my health. A coworker suggested I meet with Rachel at CrossFit Achieve, and it was the best advice I could’ve received. I decided to sign up for their nutrition and fundamental programs, despite struggling with my weight for years.
Losing my husband to heart disease at 45 made me realize how vital it is to prioritize my health and well-being. That’s when I met my coach, Bri. Through many conversations about food and my relationship with it, she helped me understand key focus areas, the importance of meal planning, and how to make healthier choices. She is amazing, patient and inspiring.
I raise athletes, but I’ve never been one myself, and the gym has always intimidated me. Even after completing fundamentals, I was nervous about joining classes. What happened next was life-changing: the community at CrossFit Achieve is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The support, encouragement, and personalized coaching I received transformed my perspective. The coaches meet me at my level but still push me to challenge myself—and I’ve never felt better!

A true, welcoming, multi-generational crossfit community is what you will find here. The coaches all have their L2 certification, are continually assuring the form is acquired before weight is put on any bar, and are our biggest fans. What more could you want in a gym?

As one of your older members I understand how intimidating joining a gym can be. If you’ve been thinking about joining, congratulations, that’s the first big step! Now tell yourself it’s time to Choose Your Hard! Working out can be hard, yes, but struggling with being out of shape, overweight, lack of energy, etc., is even harder. Choose your hard and take the next step. You’ll be glad you did. You couldn’t have found a more supportive place!
When I joined CrossFit Achieve I was 60 years old. I’ve had multiple surgeries and joint replacement. I was struggling with being able to do the things I love especially in my equestrian sports. Since joining the Women’s Only 50+ small group training class a few months ago I have found new hope. I am slowly getting stronger and so much more steady. My balance has greatly improved. Yes, it is hard work, but I never want to miss a class. I have made wonderful new friends that are always there to cheer each other on. We celebrate one another’s successes and are there for each other when it gets tough. There’s a whole lot of silliness in the process too. Best decision I’ve made in a long time!

I recently joined because I was looking for a place to help me start a fitness journey. I am not in particularly good shape and walking into a gym can be very intimidating. However, Rachel and the other coaches at CFA made me feel very welcome. They embraced my skill level and provide great coaching on technique and form during our classes to help me feel a) safe b) capable and c)motivated. Also, as far as price per value it is one of the best options in the area (believe me I've looked at several and I'm an educator on a somewhat limited budget). Highly recommend for people who need that extra motivation to start and/or continue a fitness journey.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a week over Christmas and we absolutely loved training here! They have excellent, knowledgeable coaches and such a warm, welcoming environment. We were only here for a week but we felt right at home after just a couple classes. Crossfit Achieve is a great gym community. I joined as soon as Coach Rachel opened it and I am happy for my decision to re-start my fitness journey with her and the other coaches at Crossfit Achieve. With the gym’s programming, I’ve been able to improve my lifting numbers, get push ups, run a 5k without stopping for air, do pull ups plus more. I can’t highly recommend them enough. I’ll just say: swing by for a drop in, experience our great community (dad jokes aside) and sign up once you have a blast. Or if just in town for the weekend, join us for fun workouts. I’ve been attending a CrossFit gym for 3 years now and make it a habit to drop into CrossFit gyms while I am traveling.
CrossFit Achieve was my most drop in, in St. Louis. Rachel is a stellar coach and the members of the gym are so welcoming and accommodating.
Some of the people that dropped in with me are new to CrossFit. Rachel did a great job at explaining the foundations of the movements and made each of us feel welcomed, just like family. I hope I am able to return to St. Louis and visit again, soon!
