CrossFit Gratitude is truly the best! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into such a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. Dustin and Julie are incredible owners who have built something really special here, and the coaches are top-notch—always encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive.
The hardest part was just taking that first step through the door, but I’ve been hooked ever since. The programming takes all the guesswork out of working out, and I love knowing I’ll be challenged in just the right way. They push you to test your strength but always give you options to scale when needed.
The equipment is excellent, the community is amazing, and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life and feeling better every day. If you’ve been thinking about trying CrossFit, this is the place to do it!

I have so enjoyed this gem of a gym located in Kearney, MO. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful to beginners like myself. I've never been to a class where I wasn't welcomed with a smile and encouragement from other participants. As a parent, the kid's area and community has been incredible. My 5 yo has tried the kids classes, and loved it -- hoping to attend more in the future!!

I would encourage anyone to give Crossfit Gratitude a chance. The class sizes are manageable where you don't feel like just a number that is lost in the crowd. The membership fees or punch card prices are extremely reasonable. The owners have graciously absorbed inflation in order to keep prices reasonable. There are always scaling options for every movement programmed. The environment is friendly and the laughter in the air is palpable as everyone jokes around. We are all there for one common purpose and that is to have fun while having a good workout. The coaches are accessible, and very approachable. The members are friendly and inviting; there's just something to be said about the camaraderie. Thanks to Crossfit Gratitude, I was able to feel my optimal best for my wedding day, something I won't ever forget. The philosophy of the owners is to be a pillar to the community. They want to provide a means of support that assists in improving everyone's quality of life in all aspects: emotionally, mentally, and physically. Crossfit Gratitude is a conduit to holistic wellbeing.

I started going to CrossFit Gratitude a little over a year ago. My plan was to go through the winter months so when spring came I was ready to get back on the mountain bike and dirt bike. I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’m still going 3 to 4 times a week. It’s the only workouts I’ve ever done that “crossover” to
Other activities. I love the people I workout with. I haven’t met anyone yet that wasn’t friendly and supportive. One of the best parts is never having to decide what you should work on. The workouts are planned out for you. Everyone is doing the same thing. If there’s a move you don’t think you can do, the coaches will help you scale back to something you can do. It’s pretty rare to join a gym and over a year later you’re still going 3 to 4 times a week. Truly, the hardest part is walking in the door the first time. 30 seconds later you’re part of the team.

I was a member of CFG for three years. Absolutely wonderful gym! I miss it dearly! Had some changes in my personal life come up and unfortunately I had to suspend my membership BUT thanks to Dustin and Julie I learned how to take control of my health.
I started CFG at 220 lbs unable to run 40 feet and ended at 140 lbs able to run 2 miles + with ease. Amazing people! Amazing gym! They will change your life if you come in ready to do some work.
I will get back to the gym once my personal life settles down. I miss it so much! If you are thinking of joining… don’t think about it… just do it! You won’t regret it!

CrossFit Gratitude has been my gym home for over 3 years. This gym has helped me change my physical and mental health. Appreciate what Dustin and Julie do for our gym community and the rest of the coaches. Truly more than just a gym. It is a community. All you have to do is “walk through the door” the rest is waiting for you.

Absolutely love CrossFit Gratitude! The group classes are incredible – they’re challenging enough to push you, but everything is scalable to fit your fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete. The coaches are top-notch, always motivating and ensuring you’re using proper form. But what really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive; it feels like you’re working out with friends rather than strangers. If you’re looking for a gym where you can grow physically and feel truly connected, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

I've always heard "the hardest part is getting in the door", but that is actually the case at Crossfit Gratitude. Once you've made it in, the rest is taken care of for you! They design the workout of the day (WOD) and the coach will scale it to your individual needs. It's like having a personal trainer every day (but at a fraction of the cost). You're instantly on a team, with everyone there to cheer you on, making it so much more than a gym. As someone who has tried all different types of exercise (weights, yoga, peloton, running, etc), crossfit has been the best as far as results and enjoyment. You will be immediately hooked at Crossfit Gratitude! The owners, Dustin and Julie, are fantastic people. The coaches are there for you and want to help you reach your goals. I have only great things to say about this gym and all the members. Also, the kids classes are so awesome!! I have never had instructors take such time and care to help my kids learn proper technique and movement. This gym has been such a wonderful blessing to my whole family.

I tried CrossFit Gratitude during bring a friend week and was really impressed. I visited the 5 am classes a couple times and while it was relatively quiet the workout was hard and the staff was great. Thanks Veronica, Dustin and Julie!
I also tried the Saturday morning partner WoD and it was a great time and very challenging. I would recommend this to anyone looking to give CrossFit a try! They have a weekend pass as well that allows you to enjoy when you are able.
The equipment was nice mostly Rogue brand for the weights and everything was clean and organized. Don't forget the kids play room with windows so you kids can play while you get the workout in!

This has been the best gym experience I've had. Everyone is welcoming. There is a "scaled" option for all fitness levels and the coaches do a great job with making sure you are performing each move correctly. The encouragement from everyone there is something I've never seen at any other gym.

The gym equipment is very nice and the place is coming together. The workouts are great because they give you alternatives for you to make it easier or harder depending on your fitness level and encourage you to make adjustments where you need to make sure you do not hurt your self.
