9am classes are so fun! Bethany the coach is amazing and its so mom friendly and she helps guide and helps you through the whole workout if needed. If you need a new gym highly suggest this one

Crossfit Nixa is the most family friendly gym out there! Our whole staff workouts here every week and its always a blast! The coaches are great at helping you no matter what level of fitness you are. We will continue using this gym to keep all of us healthy and fit!
