It’s been years since I stepped foot inside any type of gym. I’ve always gone in and used a treadmill and panted my way back out to my car and thought I was staying healthy. I’ve learned so much about my health and lifestyle, thanks to Elevation Fitness! The team here cares about your well-being for years to come and their programs are designed to do that. It’s not just about losing weight (although that’s a perk), it’s about being healthy and gaining muscle mass. The trainers are dedicated to each person that walks through the door and is serious about puting in the work. The facility is clean and well laid out. The exercises are challenging but rewarding and can be modified, when needed. I would definitely recommend Elevation Fitness as your first stop when you’re ready to make a decision to get healthy. Amanda and her team have been great at training me. I first started off not confident, weak, and intimidated but they worked with me on my level and listened when I said I needed to slow down. They also encouraged me to push myself harder but not in a forceful way. All the trainers are very nice make sure you don’t have any injuries or health issues. If you have a problem, they will modify the exercises for whatever you’re trying to get healed up. They’re there to watch you. Make sure you get good form with all your exercises and very helpful.!

I’ve started and stopped so many work out programs. I finally called Amanda and scheduled a consultation and while talking to her I knew I wanted to try Elevation. I have now been working out here consistently for over 1 year. She tailored the work outs to where I was at in my work out journey and helped me work my way up to doing the full work out with the rest of the group once my body was ready. Her trainers push me and help with form and the work outs are so fun. I hate cardio so this is perfect for me since it’s mostly weight lifting. My original plan was to use Amanda as a trainer for 1 year and then try things on my own, but I love this gym and my trainers so much that I don’t see myself ever leaving. I have gained so much muscle and strength. My energy level is so high now and I’m eating more than I have in years with Amanda’s weekly nutrition help. Amanda keeps me accountable which is exactly what I needed. If you are on the fence about joining Elevation, just schedule that consultation. I’m so glad I did. I found Amanda when I was trying to get back to working out and a friend told me about her 6 week challenges. She helped you work out and gave you plan for macros etc. As someone who hates long term commitment I found 1 day a week for just 6 weeks completely doable.
