Iβve witnessed Eric train a multitude of people from young people to older. And he interacts with each client in their level matching their exercise level and experience. Looking for ways to motivate and keep consistency for them. Making it fun while keeping accountability. He trained my teenage son for football when he was 14 and helped my son learn a passion for the gym on top of getting ready for his sport.

I started my fitness journey with Eric three years ago and couldn't be more thankful for his knowledge and guidance! From shredding pounds, gaining muscle, and overcoming my gym anxiety, Eric was there to push me every step of the way. As a former college volleyball athlete, Eric was able to help with my confidence in my abilities again on the court. His workouts became about building on the muscles I had gained through his training, and adding more athletic and sports related exercises. He listened to my goals and made each one of them a priority in how he trained me as the years and my abilities progressed. I have been strength training with Erin for 5 years now. My goal is to be strong and to manage the aging process. He has been with me thru a shoulder surgery and a knee replacement with great results. I donβt plan to slow down and Ericβs workouts keep me moving. He understands what I can do and makes modifications when necessary. I put a lot of faith in him to push me when I need to be pushed.
Eric is a great trainer and a good person. I highly recommend him. He is a great trainer for all ages. His approach is βindividualizedβ so that you meet your needs. You are never too old to start strength training.
