I really like the variety of items that this gym has. The people that work there are super helpful and nice. I like that they have an indoor track. The tanning beds are great. I enjoy the classes they offer with your gym membership. Great job.

Great atmosphere. Matt and staff do an outstanding job with maintaining the gym and customer service. They have great protien shakes and reasonably prices. Fit 4 Life got a new belted squat and hip thrust machine. The machines are amazing. The new dumbells are awesome.

Very clean with excellent equipment for any style workout you're looking for. Staff is friendly, great classes. They really care about their customers and the appearance of the gym and the well maintained facility as well as tanning and supplements and and powders and vitamins and apparel. It's really just super great and addicted and I never thought I'd say that cuz I don't even like working out until fit for life.

Amazing ! They have tanning beds lay down tan up and spray tan also showers and restrooms ! Also a small area if u bring your kiddos and all the equipment you need to get in shape! Plus a walk around track!

I take my daughter to dance it's big and has a 24 he gym and I tan here. Wish they'd get level 5 beds only goes to level 2 takes forever to get color but the bulbs are hot and works just takes longer and they have a sauna now
