I've been coming since April and it's been such a positive experience. There are people of all fitness levels and abilities and the coaches are always willing to help folks with any modifications they may need. I know gyms like this can feel intimidating but this one doesn't feel that way at all. Everyone is super kind and encouraging.

I FINALLY found the perfect gym with structured workouts… not too long and not too short. Always something different with multiple different stations through the workout. You go at YOUR PACE and ability. No pressure. It’s perfect!!!! I never find myself saying “oh my gawwww, is it over yet?” NEVER. The coaches are kind and motivating and the other member are just as kind and friendly. We all work together, motivate, laugh and make progress! I love the recognition and praise everyone gets for reaching milestones. That is so important and feels good recognizing your own progress. I have my new obsession! I feel better mentally and physically!!! I would recommend LSFBBC to everyone. I ❤️❤️❤️ it!

This place is amazing!! I like it because, unlike other locations, I don't feel awkward or confused about how to perform the exercises. I think the classes are well-guided at a reasonable price! You can actually feel the exercise in each class. Coaches are very friendly and they always make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this gym! My daughter and I are quite pleased to find this place! 😊

I started coming to FitBody about two months ago. As a former athlete, I was looking for a gym with a team-like atmosphere where I could still challenge myself physically. I thought waking up for the early sessions would be tough, but they've quickly become one of the best parts of my day. I leave feeling energized and motivated. The coaches make everyone feel welcome and tailor the workouts to each individual, so everyone can exercise at their own level. I’d highly recommend FitBody to anyone looking for a supportive community and a great way to get even more in shape.

Went this weekend for the first time and had a blast. Quick 30min workout was nice to get in and out on a Saturday morning. Very organized and even better was the visuals on the screen prepping you for next station information. Sweat like no other and felt like a million bucks when I left. Highly recommend.

Each class combines strength training, cardio, and core exercises, making it a well-rounded workout that leaves me feeling accomplished and energized. You need to go here. I'm a mom of 2 with a busy job & had not worked out for 3 years because there was always too much to do. I started about 4 months ago & am so glad I did! It reminded me how good it feels to feel like I've been working out. Getting back in to working out is hard. But putting on your clothes when they don't fit like they used to is hard. And looking in the mirror seeing you aren't as healthy as you should be is hard. Choose your hard. And go somewhere that will motivate you to keep at it. This is that place. Classes are only 30 minutes & I can assure you, that will get you a GREAT workout. The best part of it only being 30 minutes is that even if you aren't feeling like doing it or are tired... It's only 30 minutes. You have the energy to complete 30 minutes. An hour? Maybe not. But 30 minutes... You got this. Do it.

I’ve been attending Lee’s Summit Fit Body Boot Camp for the past two and a half months and I can confidently say it’s been a life-changing experience! I am on Christmas vacation from Dayton, Ohio and found that FBBC was in Lee’s Summit not far from where I am visiting. I called and spoke with Coach Jonathan and he welcomed me come and do a couple of sessions with their Fit Fam. Excellent staff! I always leave feeling happy and energized! The staff intentionally builds a sense of community here. I can’t work out anywhere else where I have expert coaches to assist me in modifications when needed and to help correct my lifting form in such a positive and uplifting atmosphere!

I have been to several small group training facilities and this place is by far the best I have been to yet! It’s a 30 minute high intensity class. The coach’s are amazing, knowledgeable, energetic and so helpful with form by watching and offering help and support. They also have a nutritional coach to “individualize” each persons meal plan unlike most that group everyone together. The energy of all of the coach’s is contagious! Very excited to be apart of this! There are several class options beginning at 5:00am daily.

I’ll just say, 30mins of intense training is perfect for me. I do not have time to spend hours in the gym and I start to lose motivation. However, I love the instructors and owners (very kind and friendly), and I stay motivated and get a great workout and sweat so much in just 30mins more than other workouts and places I have been to. I love it!!!!
