Ultimately very disappointed in this facility, since the first day I signed up the young lady at the front desk was rude & totally hateful, and every time after that & she would be working she was again hateful and rude. Then the workers would follow and micromanage while I would be working out, and at more times than enough they would make comments about the workouts I was doing, some very unprofessional to say, weather it be when I would be swimming, playing basketball or lifting weights. Personally, made me feel uncomfortable at times. The sole purpose for me getting a membership at this gym was to use their basketball court, yet every time I would go workout it would be reserved or I could not get on it. Another thing that is quite irritating are the hours, they are not flexible especially on the weekends for as much as some people are paying you would think you could get more use of it. Also, there would be times I would have to wait for very long periods of time on equipment, then when I would finally get the chance to use it, people would come up and make comments about how I need to get off of it. Definitely would not recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff are amazing, the facility is always super clean and in good repair except for the hot tub, which has some issues, but they are always fixed by the next day.

Best gym in town

Updated: used to be great. Selectively enforce their rules, randomly change age requirements for kids to be in the gym. My 14 and 15 year old sons worked out here one day, the next are told they have to have an 18 year old present. How are teens in here playing basketball and running unsupervised daily but suddenly different rules apply. Been a member since they opened. Cancelled today. Save your money if you have teens because this place has become useless unless you're friends with the staff or a senior citizen.

Nice gym and lap pool, but go in the mornings. In the evenings the parents just let their kids run wild. Literally had children trying to cannonball on me while I swam my laps.

I really enjoy the gym a bunch. Workout 5 days a week and it’s pretty. Although, some of the equipment is a little wobbly which I don’t like. Others may not care. The pool and steam room is also very nice. I like how the pool has laps to swim down and back for some cardio and the steam room is a nice tiled room. My favorite is playing basketball. I play everyday and there’s nothing wrong except the court is very dirty. When I’m dribbling the ball my hands get dirt all over them, my shoes lose grip fast, I would enjoy it even more if they would clean the court. Overall rating on the gym for me is pretty good, just a few things that could be fixed.

Have been trying to cancel my membership since February 27th by email & phone. My calls & emails are not being returned & they are still withdrawing $85 in funds from my account. They did not take out funds from March so I figured that they cancelled my membership even though they didnt return my email or call. They however withdrew funds from my account this month of April. They are not wanting to refund my account when I have proof I have tried to cancel & there is proof that I haven't even used the gym services since the first week of February. When I signed up, I let the woman know I was weary of giving my card information, but she told me I wouldn't have anything to worry about & could let them know a few days ahead of time & they wouldn't take out anymore money if I chose to switch payment methods or cancel. I emailed & called February 27th & February 28th when my payment was due March 4th. Here it is another month later & they withdrew money from my account without authorization. If you use this facility, I reccomend you do not give them any banking information & just pay month to month cash. It's a great facility to work out with great services, but they cannot be trusted financially.
