Freestyle Fitness and Nutrition LLC was created with one overall reaching goal - to help individuals maximize their overall health through a combination of proper nutrition and exercise. There are multiple services provided including nutrition therapy by a registered dietitian, one on one personal training, small group training, fitness classes taught by a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor, daily meal planning service and a full line at home workout service.

I started my journey with Freestyle Fitness almost a year ago! I created habits I never thought was truly possible! Waking up at 4:30am to go workout seemed like a goal so far out of reach with 2 small kids! I can truthfully say with the 5am crew and Denise, it’s not hard at all! I have come to love working out and how I feel physically and mentally! Trust me when I say you won’t regret making time for yourself with this program either in house or in the at home program!

I joined Denise’s Healthy For The Holiday’s Challenge because I needed some accountability to get back on track with nutrition. It is so true that you cannot out train a bad diet! My goal was to not gain anymore weight through the holidays, but my results were so much better! I loved that I didn’t have to think about what I was going to eat through this challenge because we received menu plans for the entire program. Menu plans that included recipes and meals I think most people will eat. So often, that’s not the case. The accountability group was there if you needed to lean on others to get you through the tough days. This challenge was exactly what I needed to refocus!

FFN is perfect no matter what your fitness level is. Denise and her instructors always suggest modifications if there is something you are struggling with. The best thing is probably the amazing upbeat positive energy all her instructors have. I will never be one to say I "love" to work out, but I truly enjoy working out with the ladies at FFN.,

Are you thinking about joining us at FF&N? Do it, you will not regret it. There is no long term commitment and I appreciate all the options. I started with punch cards to the in person classes and now I am participating in the “At Home Program” and LOVE both. Having the option to workout at home on my own schedule has been great. I have a couple sets of dumbbells and that is all I need. I love that every workout is different, Denise’s positive motivation and the way I feel after I workout.

If you are looking for a good place to workout, Freestyle Fitness and Nutrition is it! I have been committed for two week now and I love it. I do not have very good muscle tone and my balance isn’t very good either. In two weeks I have noticed my balance is better and I am starting to notice some change in muscle.

If you are looking to lose some weight or just get in shape, this is the place to be! Denise is wonderful to work with. I did her 12 week Reigniting the Flame program and loved it. It was great that everything was tailored just for me. The recipes were amazing, and the workouts were very doable. If I had an issue, she was quick to offer substitution ideas.

I joined Denise for the Reigniting Your Flame Program, which was amazing! The program is tailored for your set goals. The menus/ exercise programs are set to your tastes and level of fitness experience. The exercise program is set so you are always doing different exercises and are never bored. If you want to join a plan that offers one on one experience, this is the plan for you!

I am loving my FF&N at home membership! Denise is a great motivator and the streamed at home workouts give me the flexibility to workout anywhere anytime with minimal to no equipment needed! They are short but effective workouts! Would 10/10 reccomend to get a jumpstart on your fitness. Workouts can be modified for beginners but also can be made harder for different fitness levels!

Just a little history on me first – I am basically and introverted people-pleaser who’s tried numerous time and numerous ways to lose weight and get healthier over the years; but, although I had some success, I always seemed to revert back to bad habits and regain the weight. A while back, as I looked in the mirror, I knew I needed to do something because I was very unhappy with what was looking back at me. So, I decided it was time to do something for myself for a change. I saw an offer for a free week trial for the Freestyle Fitness and Nutrition At Home Program and decided to give it a try. I could do the exercises when it worked best for me, in the comfort of my home (and without others seeing me struggle) and I didn’t need any equipment I didn’t already have. Denise is always so upbeat and encouraging throughout the programs and always gives modifications for those who may need them. She understands that everyone is at a different level and although she wants you to work within your level, she also encourages you to push yourself to try a just a little bit harder. We tend to get complacent and don’t want to get out of our comfort level. With the variety of exercises and formats, it never gets boring. I was hooked; so, signed up to continue in October. As time went on, I could tell I was getting stronger and more fit; but I still just wasn’t losing the weight as I’d hoped. Then, I saw a post about her Reigniting Your Flame Program and I was intrigued and reached out to Denise to learn more. After discussing the program with her, I decided that I was just going to do it! I knew I needed a lifestyle change and it sounded like this 12-week program would give me the structured plan I could succeed with, unlike all those others I had tried and failed because they just weren’t sustainable. So, Denise worked with my likes/dislikes, my workout equipment I had to use, and incorporated my walking and the FFN At Home program I was already doing to build a custom plan just for me. Throughout the program, she regularly checked in with me to see how I was doing to if I like the meal plans and the additional exercises, did I have any questions, to praise my success, and to encourage me. I also knew that at any time I needed something or had a question, I could call, text, or email her. At the end of those twelve weeks, I was down 18 pounds. I felt proud of my success and although I haven’t reached my goal yet, I feel I have the knowledge I need and have made changes in my eating habits and exercises that I can and will continue. I will continue to slowly decrease my weight and increase my health and fitness. I strongly encourage you to try any program Denise offers. With Denise’s help, you can take back the control. You are worth the investment in your time, effort and money to achieve a healthier and happier YOU! Just do it!

I love my workouts at Freestyle! Denise makes every workout new and challenging but includes the modifications to ensure your safety comes first. The nutritional component is top notch as well. For so long I thought I was making healthy choices but after going through Denise’s program she taught me how to use food as fuel not emotional support! I have worked out at different gyms over the years and I finally found the one I love. At Freestyle Fitness I feel comfortable working out at my own pace! I have done small group personal training with Denise for about a year. At first I didn’t think we would continue beyond the first 6 week session because I have always hated to any form of a workout but here I am still going a year later. Denise makes it fun and the workout is always new. No two classes are ever the same. I now look forward to going. It is a great stress reliever and most importantly I can see the improvements in my health. It was normal for my heart rate to go well over 200 when we first started and my Apple Watch constantly alerted me for a high resting heart rate but now my heart rate is in the normal range during workouts and at rest. My blood pressure is under control and I have lost weight. I do her home workout sessions and I have participated in her healthy eating sessions. I have found all of them beneficial and she gives encouragement every step of the way. If you are looking to lose weight, tone muscle or eat healthier this is the place to go!

Denise is spot on with nutrition and exercise. She has a passion second to none. She makes you feel like you are her most important client. Denise truly wants everyone to succeed in a healthy lifestyle. I have personally been through her Reigniting Your Flame Program, and learned so much! I was able to learn that I could still eat food I liked, and meal plans weren’t full of fancy food I couldn’t pronounce. She stays connected with you, and offers tons and tons of advice and resources on all different levels. I recently reached out to her for some meal planning help. She was able to help me expand my meals options even more, and open my mind to other foods. She is so flexible, and I love that I can purchase this service for a month, sort of like a maintenance phase. I have also become that crazy person that gets up at 4:30am to workout! I love it!!!! Best way to start my day. On the mornings I can’t get out of the house that early, she does offer the 5:15 class, offers a workout and still time to get home, feed the family, and hang with everyone before bed time....or attended the school/sports events. Saturday mornings stations are by far my favorite! Best thing about Denise and her program, it really is Freestyle and Fun!

I have been doing the at home workout programs with Denise since August 2020. I’ve also done the nutritional assessment and weekly meal planning. I love being able to work out from home, and I love the support from our Facebook page. The support comes from Denise and others in the group which is so incredibly helpful. Denise is always so helpful with any questions. She also comes up with fun challenges for us to do to. I’ve recently completed the 7 day cleanse. This has been the absolute best cleanse I have ever done because it’s not about taking some pills and limiting your food intake. It is about taking steps to really clean your body of the toxins. I cannot say enough good things about it.

I have done personal training, classes, semi private training and the cleanse program. My favorite is ALL OF IT! LOL Denise has offered several different suggestions to help me along my fitness journey. Denise is always positive and creative when pushing me during training times. Honestly, some days have been hard but other days have been easier because I am becoming familiar with Denise's variety of exercises. I never thought I would use the word "easy" with my workouts! Denise is so motivating no matter your fitness level! I hadn’t been in a gym setting in well over a year. I started doing group HIIT classes at FF&N a couple of months ago after being post partum for only three months. I have never felt out of place at Denise’s gym or felt inadequate. She is encouraging throughout her class and focuses on proper technique rather than quantity of reps you complete. I would recommend this gym for all fitness levels.
