Like family. They push you and cheer you on no matter what your fitness level. They make you feel missed when you’re not there and love to laugh. I have achieved a level of fitness that I have not had since college.

For years I have been a Crossfit Critic. I was invited to drop in for Murph this Memorial Day and my eyes were opened. Fulton Crossfit has an amazing atmosphere! They had never seen me before yet were all in on pushing me and trying to get 100% out of me. From the owner down to the members, what a great group of people. If you're in the area and are debating gyms, I highly suggest you go introduce yourself, you won't regret it!
