RESPONSE: I texted on June 24th, almost 2 full weeks before the holiday asking for rates for a birthday party. I waited NINE LONG DAYS WITH NO ANSWER. After no response but quite a few Facebook posts and activity I left THIS review and a comment how I didn't think you're in operation or accepting new clients because again, 9 days of no response yet activity on media. That showed me lack of interest in my need and my son needed a party. I booked somewhere else, left my review and comment AND ONLY THEN RECEIVED 2 calls and a text saying the owner wants to speak with me. I did not respond because it was late and we were eating dinner (630pm) on July 3rd. Knowing FULL WELL the holiday was the next day I refrained from answering until Monday morning, AT 930AM. I sent a professional response explaining how I was not interested any longer because i had to do the party, that I had booked elsewhere after waiting 9 full days patiently. I also politely explained how discouraging it was being ignored for 9 days and that I hope it goes better for the next potential client. I DID ALL THIS AS A POTENTIAL CLIENT to receive a response saying I'm hateful and degrading, and this comment to my review lying saying I did not respond. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism nor attacks when I was more polite and even went out of my way to show the customers view to help you gain insight and grow with the next person. I was kind, factual and will never recommend this place after this experience of ridiculousness and slander. Have a great day!

We attended a birthday party here and it was amazing. The owner is fantastic and the facility is impressively clean. They really care about their students and community. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in classes or birthday parties.

Coach Raven is awesome. Full of spunk and a great teacher. Cares about the kids and wants everyone of them to succeed. The staff is always kind and it's a nice clean facility. Nothing but good things to say.

We are new to the Gym but my son (8yrs old) has enjoyed himself so much already. They are all so motivating and so kind. He is kinda timid and shy and this is a great way to get him out, socialize and run some extra energy off. Staff is amazing and prices are decent. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It is also a great place to have a birthday party and alot of fun for kids.
