in spfd visiting family and needed a gym to workout at, did a google search and found gymology and i feel like it’s a hidden gem. has everything you’d want or need, machines, free weights, cardio machines, bands, kettlebells, tons of attachments. i’ve gotten a day pass both times i’ve worked out here, super easy process! everyone i’ve spoke to who works here has been so kind, members i have encountered have been too! great gym & i love the atmosphere

Decent selection of equipment to cover all the bases. This is usually my go to gym when I'm in town. I really like the convenience of being able to setup the day pass completely online, without any need to meet with staff. I wish more gyms used a system like this

Awesome gym experience with great owners who care about their customers. Never had an issue with any questions I’ve had and they are always willing to work with and provide solutions to anything that you have concerns about! I have been attending Gymology since August of 2023 and had to cancel my membership due to personal circumstances not related to my experience at Gymology. I felt the need to write a positive review because I throughly enjoyed my time at Gymology. Especially with their 24/7 hours as this is what drew me to check this gym out in the first place. This was a tremendous luxury which accommodated for my busy schedule, which eliminated the stress of having my workout schedule based around a Gym’s hourly schedule. Gymology provides the equipment & space necessary to achieve your fitness goals which accommodated for the fitness programs I participated in. What also kept me around was the smaller community atmosphere full of friendly faces, which separates Gymology from other local gyms in the area. I will miss attending this gym, but am thankful for the time that I had!

This is a fantastic Gym, after doing some research of gyms around Springfield I found this one. I always go on lunch, it has a good atmosphere, not too crowded, good equipment AND definitely fair priced. (I pay 6 months at a time for the discount) Side note: Don't show up though before getting a day pass or membership as a code/fob access is required for entry(no front desk).You can go to their website or call in to easily get set up! I highly recommend! (HQ-Rockhurst location is the only one I used as it's just a few minutes from my work)

Rebekah was fabulous on the phone. She guided me through which membership would be best for me, included all the extra fees with nothing hidden. The gym itself is beautiful, plenty of machines and a quiet inviting space during the evening. I absolutely recommend it over any other gym, including rage. Had the absolutely pleasure of coming here! This was my first ever gym membership experience and, with someone who has social anxiety, found this to be a cozy atmosphere with friendly smiles and faces. Had my first deadlift and compound lifting experience here EVER, and did so because I felt comfortable enough to come consistently✨️🔥💪 If you get lucky, you'll call and happen to chat with one of the owners Rebecca, who is a true joy to have worked with! If you live on the east side of Springfield, I’d highly recommend getting a membership at Gymology! So far, it has met all of my needs with equipment, availability, and service. They have every piece of equipment I need for my workouts from free weights to squat racks to treadmills. I have thoroughly enjoyed the availability of the place! It’s 24/7 and it’s never been packed when I go in the mornings. The people I have spoke with in the gym have been super nice. To add, the service from the owners has been exceptional. Rebecca helped me with a situation regarding my access to the gym and quickly resolved it. Every time I have called, the owners have always answered. I played soccer in college and lifting/running is somewhat my hobby now. I have been to a ton of gyms as I have moved around a lot and my experience has been they just wanna screw you into long term commitments. The owners here are awesome and super receptive to ideas etc and obviously yes the gym has everything you could possibly need or it wouldn’t be a five star review. So far I love it here at the Rockhurst location. That said I prefer the North side location by Truman Elementary. You can catch a lift and get a nice long run in by running up to Truman and onto a trail that’ll take you too lost hill park. I Loved being able to knock my run and lift out at the same time and place.

From Marshfield and typically had worked out in my hometown area in the past. Stumbled upon this gym, decided to give it a try. Gymology hands down is worth the drive. The ladies who own and operate the gym are very knowledgeable, and always willing to help in any way when I've ask them. Coming from someone who knows just the basics of the gym, it means a lot. I really enjoy this gym. It is definitely members only as you need a key fob to get in - and I love that feature. I usually go over the lunch hour and there are may be 2-3 people max, which I also really enjoy because I have access to all the equipment.
