Welcome to HI NRG! We offer Girls & Boys Gymnastics, Preschool Gymnastics, Parent-Child Classes, Tumbling Classes, Trampoline classes and Ninja Obstacles. We also provide Sports Performance Training, Private Lessons, Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Open Gyms & more! The Lake St Louis gym is at 9930 Hwy N. Our main location is at 140 Long Road in Chesterfield 63005. Other locations at 54 The Legends Parkway, Eureka 63025 and O'Fallon is 1676 Hwy K !

When planning my son's 5th birthday party we decided to go with HI-NRG Gymnastix. We had went to a birthday party there for a friend last year and knew it was the perfect location for my son's party. Working with Coach Sam to get everything scheduled was super easy and she answered all of my questions. We went the running track, trampoline, obstacle course and the bounce house. My son had so much fun as well as his friends. The coaches were friendly and excellent with the kids. They made sure the kids were safe and had fun.

Most amazing place for not just classes but camps throughout the year! My boys have made some of their closest friends here over the past years. Best part is the staff that love these kids like there own ♡
