I really love this yoga studio. I have been going to this yoga studio for a few months now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The heated flow classes are my absolute favorite and the instructors are fantastic. They create a calm and welcoming atmosphere that really allows me to connect with my practice. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great yoga experience.

Love this place, I go once a week. The staff and management are supper nice, they really make you feel at home. They have several clases with different levels of difficulty and different styles. I've enjoyed every one of them, I've never felt judged. The people attending are super nice too, I work at my own pace when needed. They have different schedules available. People of any age and gender are welcome. I recommend!!!

Very warm and welcoming studio. Tried the intro package of three classes, taking the aerial yoga, beginner's yoga, and hot yoga. I have done a lot of intro yoga classes but haven't practiced in a couple of years. I didn't feel out of place but I could see where some might be overwhelmed with the pace of some instructors, yet they are all very friendly.
The aerial yoga class was my first class, which was a little scary for me. Thankfully many of us were new and nothing was being asked of us that we couldn't do. Again, a little fast paced for anxious folks, but still an inviting environment.
If this were a closer location and I wasn't already paying for a gym membership, I'd probably sign up for classes here. It's a great place and I'm sure it's easy to make friends in this environment.

I loved this place! I happened to be on a work trip in Liberty, MO. I tried a free class at Honor Yoga and felt so welcomed. I ended up going back to several classes later that week. It is such a peaceful environment. I highly recommended the aerial yoga classes. The instructor Sydney was amazing and so friendly! You want to check this place out!

Took several classes at this studio while staying for a couple of days in the area. The teachers were great, very welcoming, as were the students. Lovely rooms for yoga, I took a barre and flow class and was able to follow along quite well. A great experience!

There’s never been a time where I’ve walked in and the staff hasn’t greeted my husband or myself by name. It’s a great community feel and a place where we both feel comfortable. The classes and teachers are great and the variety with both is a fantastic way to keep things fresh and challenging. It’s the same class, but different each week. We look forward to each class we attend.

The kindest staff! A very clean and welcoming studio. Trying new things (like yoga!) and they talk through modifications for the beginner and not so fit. Highly recommend if you are intimidated by group practices.

Love the teachers and students here. I attended my 200 hr yoga teacher training here with Kelly Gough. I already knew I loved her classes and wanted more time to understand the method to her yogi madness, but I didn’t know how in depth and personal it would be.
Kelly shines in her deep dive of anatomy in yoga that will help with a lot of students who come in with a part of their body that hurts or doesn’t do what they want it to do.
It was easy to stay engaged and excited even with the long class days, and I always felt able to ask questions—Kelly knew most of the answers too! I’m looking forward to a 300 hr class. (;

We’ve tried the heated yoga and aerial and really enjoyed it! We’re over 50 and needed to stretch more and tighten our core so my husband and I gave it a try. We’ll definitely keep going back!

My first class at Honor Yoga was Aerial Root Yoga. I admit I was intimidated when I walked in but Shannon was very patient with me. I was concerned because I have some neck and back injuries but she modified some of the poses and movements to fit my needs. It ended up being a lot of fun...especially being able to fly! I highly recommend this class. Honor Yoga’s facility is beautiful and clean as well as using an air ionization system!

Highly recommend to everyone!! Honor Yoga provides a variety of classes for the most experienced to newbies like myself. Very welcoming, friendly and brand new studio you have to check out. I have attended Strong and Calm, Aerial Roots, This is Yoga, Gentle Flow and Yin to name a few. In two short weeks I have already noticed some of the benefits yoga has on your mind and body. Having very little balance and flexibility, every instructor I have met has given me the confidence and encouragement to cherish my abilities while attempt to improve.

This yoga studio is AMAZING! Super clean. I feel really safe here. They check your temp when you walk in with a scanner, they have you remove your shoes and offer sanitizer in many spots. Very spacious and really neat design, with a local feel from other small area businesses. They also have special sanitizers for the room and equipment in each of their very large studios. The staff is great and they definitely make you feel at home. I've only been going for a few weeks and I absolutely love it here! You must try this place out. They are located right next to Sprouts off 152 highway. They have a free first time visit too!

I’ve fallen head over heels for Honor Yoga. The class schedule fits perfectly into my life and I can practice every where I am. For the first time in my life, I now roll out my Honor Yoga mat (which i LOVE) daily. The Unlimited Classes are fantastic and I’m hooked.
