Hotworx was great while I was a member, however when I chose to cancel I called the studio on 9/23 and was told by the girl working that I would be able to cancel free of charge due to going through 6 billing cycles. However when I called the next day (because a manager had to be in studio for me to cancel) I was informed it would actually be a $99 charge.

Hotworx is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and the workouts and infrared heat leave one feeling energized and ready to take on anything. My biggest gains have been balance and flexibility. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

The HOTWORX experience is so much superior to every other hot class/gym class I have gone to. All other hot/gym classes I have done are at a set time on a set day(s) of the week but HOTWORX pulls out all the stops with its 24/7 availability. Every workout in their lineup is offered several times each day so they accommodate even the busiest and most unpredictable work/life schedules, for women AND men! Their app is genius and makes even last minute scheduling a breeze, and the ability to track your activity and progress so rewarding. I never knew how great it could feel to sweat. I sleep a lot better and the stiffness in my joints has improved. Work out with a couple of friends or make it your own individual session. The facility is kept impeccably clean and Sidney and her staff are as friendly and helpful as you could want! TRYYYYY IT!!!!!

This is my favorite place I have ever tried for fitness! I have been a member of Hotworx since 2020 and it’s the first place I have ever been consistent working out at! The heat is incredible and wasn’t what I expected at all! I love it! I would 10/10 recommend!

Clean, lots of saunas available. Well maintained equipment. Most work out alone and if not, respect the heat in your sauna... (it is rude to open saunas and let the heat out unnecessarily). It's honestly a lifestyle choice.

I am not a gym kind of person. I prefer my workouts to be at home. I love how the heat makes my muscles feel. It is mentally relaxing as well. I go five days a week with a friend and love every minute! I enjoy HOTWORX so much!
