Loved it at first, staff was very nice until we decided to cancel and move to a different location. Made it extremely difficult and tried to guilt me and my friend into staying. Very unprofessional and rude. The guy on the phone was nice but I could tell someone was trying to get him to say anything to keep us.

I have been a member here for 2 years! So happy to be a member where they genuinely care about my health and fitness goals and ME! I’m always greeted and really appreciate their member agreement. Other places have such long contracts and here is only $59/mo for me and $30/mo for my mom…the cancellation policy is also great! since she’s in the same house!

It was just a 60 day notice, they walked me through all my options, and honored what the cancellation policy was in the contract. I have recently moved back to the area, and joined again! I joined HOTWORX in Ellisville on August , 2023. I had my baby in December of 2022 and I gained over 40 pounds. I am a fitness professional that needed to shake things up with my workout routine. I have added HOTWORX to my daily schedule and it has allowed me to come off of my plateau and I am now only 12 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I was at a complete standstill before joining a HOTWORX and I am definitely noticing a huge difference in the way I feel, the way I sleep, and of course watching the pounds just fall off has been a tremendous experience!  Thank you for providing these workouts and thank you for also providing a 24 hour experience that allows me to work these workouts around my family time as well as my full-time work schedule. It makes things a lot easier and of course extremely convenient.

I was really contemplating joining but there were a few things that just rubbed me the wrong way. This is completely different than a gym and I think what they have to offer is really unique and very exciting. I also really like the owner of this location so this is post is really aimed at Corporate. I think all the additional "fees" are unreasonable. First, $99 to join, not even counting the 63 a month after taxes, is a little much. On top of that you are required to purchase their yoga mat and their towel for a $100. That's absurd. You can get this specific mat in towel for a third of that cost. Then, if you want to end your contract, you have to give them 60 days notice! When something happens in somebody's life and they need to quit, it is typically a matter of days or weeks. 2 months it's just a way for this corporation to screw you out of money and I think that's completely unfair. You can freeze your account yet you are still required to pay $9 a month. Yet another "gotcha." End of the six or seven classes offered, there are only three classes that they change every month. This is a computer screen and program. There should be no reason why they can't change every single class, every single month. I really wish they would rethink a couple of these policies and they would probably have a lot more members. This was too many red flags for me.

Hotworx is AMAZING. I was always so weary about the high heat but you really do get used to it. And if there’s a day where I don’t feel like sweating a ton, I just turn the temperature to whatever I want. I’ve noticed a huge change in my weight, confidence, and overall strength since I started going. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly! It is so nice to have a gym that I can go to whenever I want and I feel 100% comfortable there! I recommend it for everyone!

I started working out here in January of 2023 after I was up past my bedtime scrolling Instagram and I got a targeted ad for a free class.

My free class was awesome and I joined knowing that the monthly cost alone would incentivize me to work out consistently. I bought my yoga mat and towel on Facebook Marketplace and go at least once a week. The change in my body composition has completely transformed and I feel refreshed and stronger every time I leave. I’ve even made some new friends!

I appreciate the workouts being the same for a longer period of time because there is nothing more motivating than being able to do a move you haven’t been able to hit before. And with the HIIT programs that I do most often, I like to turn the volume down and listen to my music.

I hated working out until I found this place! This workout actually works and you feel SO accomplished once you have completed a session! I love being able to schedule through my app, go anytime I can find time to workout whether it’s 15 mins or 45! Usually I’m in a pod by myself which is great! I’ve tried out multiple gyms in the past 10 years and Hotworx has been the only gym I’ve stuck with! You can do a class every 15 min which works for everyone’s schedule, it’s open 24 hours, and the infrared heat is awesome. “More workout, less time” is no joke! Highly recommend to anyone!

This place has changed my feelings towards working out. Usually it feels like such a chore, but I genuinely love HOTWORX!! I have been going since July 2022 and have had nothing but a great experience. The owners are so friendly, and do monthly challenges for people to get involved in. I just adore HOTWORX!! The staff is always so friendly and the environment is always clean. I love that it’s 24 hours and I also really love that you have access through a door code as a member so it’s just super secure since I tend to work out later/ when my kiddos are asleep! The videos change super frequently and the infrared benefits from being a member now for a while are PHENOMENAL. Less stress, better sleep, my back pain is almost non existent among a whole slew of other perks! You just feel so GOOD after leaving! Also cheapest membership in the area lol. $59 a month and they literally always have promotions! They have family plans too!! Which is just!!! My husband is only $30 a month! Freaking love HOTWORX Ellisville. The staff? Amazing, friendly, and helpful. The studio? So clean it should be a crime. I’d eat off the floor, voluntarily. Quite literally cleaner than most TATTOO STUDIOS EVEN that I’ve been in. I have tried multiple gyms, lifetime, planet, 24 hour, NOTHING COMPARES. My skin is clearer, my sleep is better, my body is thanking me every day I step out of bed. I signed up before they opened I was suppose to receive a week free membership to see if I like it after they opened I wasn’t given that option and I had changed my mind. They immediately had to sign up I didn’t like the workout and I wasn’t given my week to change my mind. You cannot cancel without being a member for five months which is a joke money grab the workouts are boring after the first workout. I was searching for a hot yoga place that wouldn’t take up 90 minutes and I was also cycling and HOTWORX has 11 different workouts where I can do unlimited workouts in 15 or 30 minutes. I began my membership at Hotworx Ellisville just a few weeks ago. I am a very active person from weight lifting to long-distance running so I am always looking for new physical activities to keep things fresh. I recently became interested in trying some mobility-style classes such as "hot yoga" or something similar. I found Hotworx Ellisville, and I couldn't be happier. They have an extremely friendly staff and the owner is very involved and cares about the business. The process for sign-up was explained in detail and gave me a clear picture of what I was paying for and how to best use my membership. My favorite part is the 24/7 access so I can come after work. They also have a small gym that can be reserved which I think is very cool. If you're looking for an affordable hot workout that literally has an option for everyone then I suggest trying them out.

When I decided to cancel my membership recently, the owner was SHAMING me stating exactly… “There are OLDER and HEAVIER PEOPLE THAN I STICKING TO IT and THAT I’M GIVING UP!!!!” I’ve had to delete and repost my review, for the owner is COMPLETELY SHADY fabricating words I never said!!!

I have been a 9Round cardio kickboxer for years, and love the high intensity workout. I tried Hotworks when my gym closed, but going back to 9Round for they now offer on demand at home workouts that are cheaper. Hotworks did NOT provide a high enough intensity workout that I like. He will claim he said “it’s for all fitness types and ages”, but what I said above was stated verbatim to my face. He will also claim that I said Hotworks is harder than 9Round, which is also a big fat lie! You deserve to hear the TRUTH!! Just disgusted by their actions and behavior!

I am absolutely obsessed!!!! I'm far from athletic and in shape, but I was hooked after my first session. My goal was to go 3-4 times a week and I'm going most every day and doing more than 1 session some days too. I haven't lost any weight since I joined (December 20th) but my clothes fit way better, I feel myself getting stronger, and I'm a lot more confident. I still struggle getting through most of the workouts and use the modifications but the stress relief factor is at a MAX!!! The team is great too, they always greet me and conversate with me. They truly care about their members.

Pros: VERY convenient, 24/7 access, staff is fabulous, professional, workouts are very effective if you follow them and even if you don't, in the saunas you have full control over temp and lighting, workouts are video and run continuously, equipment is new and well maintained (bikes and blast room), short cardio workouts (15 minutes per) are just right given the heat, rooms are clean and you disinfect equipment after each session, weights and other equipment available, usually leave feeling great, app makes planning workouts easy — overall fantastic concept!

I am in love with Hotworx! I’ve been going since the day they opened and haven’t missed a day except Christmas Day even though they were open! They are Open 24/7 making it super convenient and no excuses to not get there!! Love every single class! I have tried them all! The staff is very friendly and always cleaning/stocking etc. They have 2 onsite private showers and a workout area outside of the saunas as well to do some more weights and full body workouts at your leisure. In my opinion it’s a one stop shop, super convenient and so beneficial in many ways. With a click of your app you can conveniently schedule to your availability and get yourself in the door!
