I have been member for 2 years. I used to give up after 3 months for every gym sign up or not go very often. However, Hotworx works for me well and worth every penny and time. I love this place! Pre-founding member here. (I belonged to another location prior to this one opening.)

Mythbuster-hotworx is not just for women. There are many male members including my husband.

I don't like hot but this is totally different and the "afterglow" you hear about is a real thing.

The workouts are awesome, you can adjust to your level and mood.

Last but not least the staff is phenomenal. I love each of them!

I'm one of the most frequent visitors to this location. It's setup very well and kept clean. It also has a very nice cable machine that not all locations have. The only issue is the volume control in the individual saunas. They use a little remote for adjusting the volume that is hotnor miss on it working or just missing. Can be frustrating when the surrounding saunas have their volume up too loud or yours is on mute for some reason and can't get the sound back on. Would be happy to give them 5 stars if not for this one annoyance.

This is my first week at Hotworx and I am in Love! I’ve done five total workouts and three different types of classes. I would love to try each class at least once, but I love the variety of classes, instructors and the different times available. Would highly recommend Hotworx. I was hesitant to switch from a traditional in-person yoga studio I had grown to love, but I took the plunge and I LOVE Hotworkx! I mainly was worried about not having an actual instructor correct me (I'm only on year two of my yoga adventures) but the instructor on the TV does that and it by magic always is at the best time when I need to hear it. (The positive affirmations are ON point too) My favorite classes are Hot Stretch & Hot Yoga. I tried the Hot Cycle class and it was a bit much for me, my legs were dead for four days (I'll work up my stamina and try it again). I learned very quickly that this is more of a workout place, than a low-key yoga studio, which honestly for my health journey, I NEED! I LOVE LOVE that they have three instructors on the screen, tailored to your needs of flexibility/strength/stamina.

The staff is wonderful, they are accommodating, friendly and patient. I'm hooked for life!!

I have absolutely LOVED doing Hotworx. I was a college athlete and really prided myself on getting a good sweat in.
