Second HOTWORX location that is closer to me. The set up is different but I’ve enjoyed going to this one. Also clean with friendly staff.

I love this place! It creates a great community but also the ability to be more of a solo style work out. It's the best of both worlds. Plus it's 24hrs. As a mom of twins, my schedule is super tight, so having flexibility to go whenever is a major plus. I always feel safe and when I go during staffed hours, I feel so welcome😊

I LOVE Hotworx - my location is by Aldi in Liberty/Shoal Creek Area and is the BEST!!! To say I love it, is an understatement. I have been a member for almost 2 years and completely am obsessed. I love the staff, the attendees going there, the location, the different workouts/times/open 24/7 and their app that you can track your progress. My ideal day is doing 1 HIIT session followed by an ISO. My favorites are Thunder, Blast, Stretch, Warrior and ISO. Please give it a try and let me know. I have referred several friends to it who share the same excitement for the workouts!!! It's a NEW year...what are you waiting for??? Just do it!!!

The workouts are cool but customers service is terrible. I went a few times but stopped because I fractured my ankle and found out I have herniated discs in my neck. I tried to cancel over the phone but they said I had to do it in person. So I paused my account which is $10 a month. I couldn’t get up there so I paid a couple months of that. I went to the office to cancel and they made me sign a tablet. The employee did not mention the 60 day full price cancellation fee. I couldn’t use the facility. After I was surprised by being charged full price, I called. The person that canceled my account answered. She then explained the 60 day cancellation policy. Said she would try to help me get it canceled and would call me back. Well I’ve talked to her and another person multiple times, each time hearing “I’ll see what I can do to help you, I’ll call you back”. Never have I received a call back and now they won’t answer the phone. I just got charged my second month. So at least I’m done with them but that was $120 out of my pocket to cancel my membership.
